This is our second stay at the Villa. We absolutely love this home. It has been two and a half years since our last visit and the house is even better. More upgrades. Chris (the owner) provides extremely good service and was always prompt in answering any questions for us. We have two boys 11 and 15. They loved the games room and the pool. This location is great for any of the attractions. So happy we heard about this home! I have and will continue to recommend this property to friends and family! Can't wait to book another vacation soon!!

I agree with everything that has been said in the previous reviews. This place is fantastic. I don't know what I could say that hasn't already been said. The house is very well represented in the listing and the owner could not have been more prompt in responding to inquiries. My family traveled to Florida to surprise my mother and celebrate her birthday. We had such a wonderful time, due greatly in part to having such a great place to stay and call home for the week. I would recommend this property to friends and family and will no doubt return ourselves someday. A restaurant recommendation: Manny's Chop House in Haines City, about 15 minutes from the house. Be prepared to wait for a table, but it is worth it!

Great vacation experience

This wonderful villa allowed us to have a very enjoyable Disney/Florida experience. The home was very clean and the comfortable. Traveling to Florida/Disney with young children and grandparents in tow can be a stressful experience but knowing you are coming back each day to a comfortable and spacious house can help relieve some of that stress. Everything from the pantry stocked with essentials (spices, sugar, ketchup, cooking oil, vinegar, etc.) to the 5 burner gas stove to the weber grill with extra propane made cooking at the villa easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and private and with a large open field behind the house this is one of the better properties in the deployment. The drive to the major theme parks was 15-20 minutes which in itself is a benefit as we found prices at gas stations/supermarkets just outside of Disney are very high while the shops near the villa are much more reasonable. Publix supermarkets are close and had good quality at good prices. We ordered out a couple of nights from the restaurant menu in the kitchen which delivered good pizza. Everyone loved the heated pool/spa which was very relaxing at the end of a long day at the parks. The game room was also a hit with plenty of video games and game tables to enjoy. Drove out to the beach (gulf side) a couple of days and while traffic through Tampa was slow it was worth it when visiting Clearwater beach. The home even hand some beach chairs and sand toys which came in handy. The owner Chris was very responsive via email both before and during the stay. The management company was also responsive (had a smoke detector with a low battery beeping one night and it was too high to reach without a ladder, company came the next day and fixed it even though I gave them the wrong house number). Overall, if you are looking for a comfortable home with a lot of amenities for your Disney experience you won't go wrong with this villa. Would definitely stay here again. Disney tip: Get a triple A parking pass if you are a member (or buy one off eBay if you aren’t). It allows you to park up front next to the disabled parking lot at the Disney parks. This is a big help in that you can walk right in and not have to deal with the hassle of waiting for the tram at the end of the day.

This beautiful home was exactly as described on the website. The owner was terrific to deal with and was very helpful with our little parking situation. We were nine people living in the home during our Orlando vacation and the size of this home was just perfect for the group. The only downfall is the fact that vehicles cannot be parked on the street at night in Tuscan Ridge, so we had to be creative with parking for 4 motorcycles and 3 large trucks. The owner was nice enough to permit us to park the motorcycles on the grass allowing us to creatively park the three trucks in the short driveway. The amenities of the home were just perfect for our group. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is ample bedding and linen supplies. We would not hesitate to rent this home again and would highly recommend anyone we know to rent it as well. We had a great time!

We stayed in the Villa for a week and had a wonderful time. The decor of this home is just beautiful, it has all updated appliances, and furnishings. The games room was fantastic, the family enjoyed the air hockey table and the pool table. The pool was another spot the family enjoyed. It was nice to come back to the Villa after a busy day and relax around the pool and hot tub. The Villa is located in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, with many golf courses around, outlet malls and restaurants not too far. It was very easy to get around. Chris the owner was very helpful and was very quick and answering all of my questions in regards to the rental. Thank you Chris for sharing the Villa with us and we are looking forward to renting it again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in this home. My husband, myself and our daughter traveled with our friends and their son. The kids really loved the pool and the games room. We always looked forward to going back to the house after each days activities. Everything is exactly as described. The pictures on the website are beautiful but the house is even more beautiful in person. We will definitely book this house again for our future visits. Chris was really wonderful to deal with and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. !

Finding the house (using the Garmin) was very easy. First impression upon entering the house..."immaculate"! Gorgeous home with a fantastic floor plan. Very clean. Had everything imaginable that a family needs for a vacation. We spent 7 days in Florida of which 3 were spent lounging around the house. The rest were spent running around to various parks and beaches. Our whole family agreed the best part of the vacation was just being by the pool, around the pool, and in the pool. We also spent quite a bit of time in the game room playing video games, air hockey, pool, and darts. There was just so much relaxing fun to be had right at our fingertips right there at the house. One of our concerns with the pool was that we'd have to really watch our 3 year old closely. The house has alarms on all of the doors leading to the pool area and put those concerns to rest. Chris, thank you very much for providing the perfect place for my family to stay for our vacation this year. I will certainly be looking to request available time again in the future.

I wish we had more time to enjoy the house. It is very well maintained and furnished. It was very relaxing coming back home after long days at the theme parks. Not just the house was great, the price was very reasonable too. Not to forget, the owner was a very great gentleman to deal with.

Just returned from the best vacation ever. We stayed at the Villa for 7 days and thouroughly enjoyed our stay. This home has everything you need and more. The layout of the house is so nice and spacious - there were 5 adults and 4 children and we never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space. There was plenty of room. The pool was perfect for those hot days and the spa was a welcome retreat each night. There are just too many amenities to list....the pool, the pool toys, the gameroom (WOW!), the Wii, the movies...the awesome TV and Blueray DVD player. This was truly our "home" away from home. I can honestly not think of one thing that could've been better or different. Everything you need is there...strollers, coolers, umbrellas...brand new appliances (including a brand new washer and dryer that I absolutely fell in love with!) Chris is such a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this villa. You won't be disappointed! We will be back for sure!!

Readers beware if you stay in this home you will never want to leave! Chris was amazing to deal with everything that was promised was there and more. we could not have wanted for anything. the cooler was used daily the bedding was very comfortable the towels were the best money could buy. the kids loved the pool and wanted to leave the parks just to go home and play in the pool and the games room. sitting outside on the lani every morning seemed like we where in paradise. the way this home sitts makes you think that you are the only ones around. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the house was very clean. We had 11 people staying in the house and it never seemed crowded. i would recomend this house to anyone and everyone. thanks Chris for all your help and putting your house out there it truly was one of the most amazing parts of our vacation. Our Spring Break

This was our fifth trip to Florida. We have rented a house each time as we have four children and really enjoy having our own home to stay in while we're away. This was by far the best house we have stayed in. It was very clean, the pool and spa were great, and the location was very convenient as we did lots of activities in the Orlando area and in Tampa. The owner was extremely helpful and responded to all questions and our one concern immediately The photos and description matched the the listing information. Amenities such as Publix, Walmart and Walgreens are nearby. Disney, Universal, great golf, and outlet shopping are within 20-30 minutes (as long as traffic on the I-4 is cooperative).

This is a beautiful house with upto date furnishings and appliances. (I'm now going to have to buy a new washer and dryer because I loved them so much) We had a wonderful vacation. There was 5 adults and 4 kids and this house was perfectly suited for our needs. The kids loved the games room and pool. The adults loved the hot tub. I can't say enough about this place. It is about 15-20 minutes from Disney. If we ever find ourselves going to Disney again, I would not hesitate about staying here again. Chris was wonderful and quick in responding to my questions about the rental unit. The house is located in a safe quiet neighbourhood. Thanks Chris, you have a beautiful home.

We have stayed at many rental villas over the years but none of the same quality as this. The home was modern, beautifully decorated, clean and practical. We prepare a lot of our meals while down there, and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and a wonderful pantry full of items you always seem to need in a pinch. We requested a nice, warm pool and that's what we had. No cutting corners, no penny-pinching; just a nice, honest homeowner who delivers what he says he will. The beds were super comfortable with nice quality bedding. Plenty of nice, fluffy towels and even a couple of umbrellas in the bedroom closet which we utilized. Great large screen TV in the family room and a fun game room to hang out in. Top of the line appliances which made me want to upgrade mine as soon as we got home. The neighborhood was quiet and all the homes in the area well kept. Really could go on and on - you will not find a better home to rent in the area. Thanks Chris for your wonderful hospitality. Fantastic Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tastefully decorated house.It contains everything that you need for a great holiday and is situated close to supermarkets, and restaurants. The Theme parks are a short drive away but we decided to spend most of our time around the pool which is great for cooling off on the hot sunny days.The pool is maintained every week by a very friendly couple. It has a poolside toilet which is very handy and means that you do not have to enter the house dripping wet.There are plenty of poolside sun loungers which are very comfortable. We ate in most evenings enjoying our meals at the dining table on the lanai listening to the crickets and watching the occasional thunder storm. Chis is excellent, he is very fast at answering e-mails and nothing is too much trouble for him.We are really looking forward to our return next year.

Just got back from one week with my Family of 3 and a Family of 3 friends who shared this property. What a fun and restful place to stay! All the amenities, pool, hot tub, pool table, air hockey, wii, nintendo, pool toys, cooler and anything else you can think of (including hair dryers). Left a fresh pepper and sea salt grinder for the next guest. The sharing pantry came in handy, if you need spices check the pantry before you go to the store! One suggestion I have for anone considering this rental, make sure you save a few days to just hang at the pool and relax, it's worth missing some Mouse time for. The owner is an honest man that wants you to enjoy his property, Chris does what he says he will do and will be there to help even though there are property managers available (that are very good also). Nice Webber grill and all appliances are there for your use. I would reccommend to anyone, young or old with kids or not, great property kept in great condition. Have fun and don't forget to make a reservation at the Brown Derby in Dinsney Studios, best place to eat in all of Disney.

We would not change a thing!!!! Our family spent 7 nights in this gorgeous home. When we originally considered renting a home vs. a hotel, we were worried the kids would think of it as boring. This home had quite the opposite effect. As a result of the 5 bedrooms, our girls thought it was the greatest thing to switch rooms from one night to the next. Its one thing to simply choose a house over a hotel for the “feel at home” effect, but this was so much more. Coming from Minnesota, there just aren’t enough warm months in the year to warrant an in-ground pool. What a pleasant feeling to look out any one of three patio doors directly facing the pool area. The kids really felt like it was their very own. In the evening, it was the perfect atmosphere to sit in the adjoining hot tub to finish off the night. The bug free setting made it even more pleasant as it is completely screened off. We really enjoyed eating our meals poolside! We loved having a BBQ grill and used it several times during the week. The house is very easily accessible to/from all the major theme parks. The house was decorated very tastefully. You really feel like you are in a classy setting as the furniture, wall hangings, etc are very modern. From flat screen televisions, to high-end bedding, to incredible bath towels, it’s all there. We decided to go grocery shopping on the way to the house, but we would encourage future guests to go to the house first. There are so many little special items that were already on hand in the well stocked pantry. We were happy to have left a few extra items for the next guests. The game room was a hit with our girls as well. They enjoyed playing video games, watching TV, and many nail-biting games of air hockey. The air conditioning was installed while we were there- it kept the room at just the right temp. One of the nights we took a nice 45 minute walk around the Tuscan Meadows neighborhood. It was very calm and peaceful. From the very beginning of the process, Chris and Susan were incredibly pleasant to work with. Chris was very prompt at responding to our e-mails and was extremely informative. This home far exceeded our expectations and we would love to return again soon! We would recommend this home with zero regrets. You can certainly look through scores of others available, but we honestly feel that this could not easily be topped.

We Hated to Leave!

What a wonderful vacation house! It’s only a 5 minute drive to the grocery market, restaurants, and shopping, and is within a half hour of Disney, Universal, golf courses and other area attractions. Tuscan Meadows was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family group of 9, with 2 single size beds to spare. The high chair, stroller and pack & play provided for the baby was a great convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and up to date, the dining room table is perfect for setting up a buffet-style serving area, which we did a couple times when another family of 5 joined us for casual suppers and cocktails around the pool. Using the coolers for cold drinks and the half-bath accessible from the pool is a good idea - ensuring that swimmers need not enter the house dripping wet. The pantry in the kitchen “use a little, leave a little” is a thoughtful convenience. If one arrives at the house before having had time to shop, or forgot to pick up tea, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, paper towels, etc.; it’s quite likely there could be just what you need in the pantry. Don’t even THINK of buying coffee filters! We welcomed the opportunity to replenish the pantry for the next guests, instead of having to dispose of our unused non-perishable items. The kids loved the game room and the pool toys, the grown-ups loved the comfortable beds and the pool. The days were sunny and warm, the nights were quiet and secure, the house was clean and comfortable. The only thing about Tuscan Meadows we didn’t like was having to leave. We returned just over a week ago from staying at this beautiful home for 9 wonderful nights, what a wonderful location that allowed us to visit many highlights while in Florida but also have all the privacy we wanted for quiet days at home. We stayed here in Aug-Sept 2010 and absolutely loved the place. So much so, that when we returned home we rebooked for Aug/Sept 2011. Chris is great guy to deal with and the house was exactly as advertised. We suggested, (others may have too), that putting a/c in the Games Room would be of huge beneifit for those who stay in the really hot months. This was done in 2011 and we look forward to enjoying that room more than we could in 2010. The house provides some shade around the pool, and the ceiling fans add a nice cooling breeze. For those who are thinking of renting a house in this area of Florida during the summer months, and are maybe concerned about the high temperatures, then this house will be tough to beat. We will add a review when we return.

This home had everything you could possibly want or need in a vacation rental. The owners have gone far beyond what is expected to make this a great place to stay. The pantry is well stocked, loads of movies and games to use, and the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers are a great asset to have. We have travelled to many 5 star accomodations and we could find nothing to complain about. The house is also conveniently located to all Orlando attractions. We would definitely consider staying again and would recommend it to our friends and family.

Amazing Villa - well worth a 5 star review

We stayed in this beautiful villa in June for 14 nights. There was a total of 6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant in our party. We did not expect to stay in such a high quality, cared for villa. This is 5 star home from home. Everything we could have wished for was there, everything we didn't think about was also there. The kids loved playing by the pool and in the games room (a little hot for the adults but the kids didn't seem to mind!) All the rooms were amazing and my husband and i were lucky to get the master room - it is so spacious and the en-suite is bigger than some hotel rooms I've stayed in. The walk in closet was amazing - I'd love one of those at home! The kitchen has everything you could imagine, the pantry is such a great idea and it is definitely worth checking this out before you take a trip to the grocery store. The kids loved all the toys that were there and had endless fun with them all. I was amazed to see the cot and pushchair were so clean and new looking. The cot bedding was brand new! It was good knowing that all the bedding was of high quality. The villa has been so well looked after and the high quality furnishings are clear to see. The area is great, close to Disney and Universal but in a nice quiet area. All the homes in the development seem to be well looked after and there are a lot of residential homes as well as vacation homes which is reassuring. There are plenty of places to eat, gas stations and grocery stores nearby. Chris the owner is excellent. Right from the initial contact about availability and information on the area, to all the emails that I sent prior to our arrival he has answered every email quickly and was very informative and friendly. I cannot praise him enough. Don't look around at any other villa - book this one. You will not be disappointed. We are very fussy - normally we end up cleaning villas before we use them as they are not up to our standards - that was not required here. We had an excellent time and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on our next trip to Florida - we have been spoiled by staying here!

This house surpassed my expectations. This house was great for our large group of 3 families. We never felt like we were in each others way. The layout of the house is wonderful. It is all one level, so you do not have to worry about little ones climbing steps. The kitchen is very spacous. The master bedroom is quite impressive. The owners have provided so much to help you enjoy your stay. The pantry is such a great idea. The owners have gone far beyond what is expected from a rental property. The owner made me feel like I mattered and was more than money in his pocket. I could go on and on about this house, but you just need to see it for yourself. I would stay in this house again when I return to Orlando.

We just returned from our vacation at this property and you will NOT be disappointed with this vacation home. It has everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation - just bring your clothes! The owners have done a fantastic job with many added amenities: a pantry partially stocked with some non-perishable items; a cooler & ice packs for when you want to head to the water parks; pool toys & beach towels to use; even umbrellas in case of rain! The pantry with the non-perishable items was a very nice touch. Check it out before making your shopping list as the owner and previous guests have added to its supply. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, about a 5 - 7 minute drive to a grocery store and within minutes to many places to eat. The home is nicely furnished and decorated. There was more than enough space for all of us (4 adults & 2 children) to do what we wanted. There is a good selection of dvd's for the entire family; TV's in every room; toys, books and games for all ages; a Wii & PS2; air hockey, pool table, dart board. It is about a 20 - 25 minute drive to any of the Disney parks, Downtown Disney and the Water parks. The pool was warm & very refreshing after a full day in Disney! We used the BBQ grill several times and had dinner on the screened-in lanai. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to have a carefree vacation in a beautiful, clean, well-maintained home. We had many questions and the owners were always very prompt with responding to all of our questions. The whole experience was very pleasant and stress-free.
