  This condo was clean, very comfortable and had a great location for the beach, shopping and whale watching. The owner was very helpful in answering my questions and responded quickly. The photos accurately reflected the appearance and amenities of the condo. I would highly recommend this condo to a friend or relative. It was perfect for me!!

  I have visited Kauai three times in the last 2 years, and find this location in Kapaa to be the best. It is nicely situated in a real convenient location on the Island so that you can easily go North to hike Napali Coast or South to Poipu and over to Waimea Canyon. This complex sits right on the Beach so you can watch the waives from this balcony. I particularly liked the 2nd floor location of this unit because the view is great! It's an easy walk to many restaurants and shopping, and an easy walk up the beach to the bikepath that meananders along the coast! The unit is very clean, everything is in good repair and there are all the extras like an iron, hairdryer, DVD, flat screen TV, good air-conditioning unit, etc. The complex has a nice pool, spa and pool bar - everything is clean and the landscaping is well-manicured. For my next trip to Kauai, I will once again choose to stay in this condo - I couldn't have been more pleased!

  We rented this unit for 2 weeks. It was great! The room itself was immaculate and comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome- the grounds here are beautiful as well as the ocean. The location is great- right in town with lots to do. We spent a few days at the pool and cooked out on the grills that were provided. We would definately rent this unit again!

  The condo is very clean and decoration is nice. The Kitchennett has great use of space. We loved spending time in the Lanai in the morning!

  I would recommend this rental for anyone not needing a 5-star resort, but wants something very nice at a good value. We had an incredible time here. Owner was very accomodating and friendly. The unit is on the second floor, has 2 queens, big bathroom, kitchenette, and lanai. We cooked most meals here with the 2-burner hot plate, also used the outdoor bbq's. The lanai is nice, overlooking the courtyard, and has a slight angled view of the sea. The resort is nice with well-kept grounds. Went hot-tubbing every night followed by a beach stroll. Other guests were friendly and in good cheer, which is a reflection of everyone enjoying their stay here. I'd say the resort has mostly a couples vibe, but is appropriate for families with well-behaved kids. A car in not necessary, but recommended for seeing the island. The resort's restaurant was good, but over-priced for the bar-like atmosphere. The Coconut Marketplace, adjacent to resort, offers some good shopping, a convenience store, and food/ice cream. Kapaa is close enough to walk to.
