Located in area between Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach in family oriented neighborhood steps from quiet beach. Off street parking for six cars. Ideal for family reunions. Views from six decks provide beautiful views of ocean. Screened porch with ocean views is set up with dining for ten people.
Back yard provides three level decking for morning coffee or evening relaxing, with chairs, tables, and lounge chairs. Beach hammock under house for afternoon naps.
Master bedroom provide bath with whirlpool jetted tub and shower. Two ocean view decks off master bedroom.
The house has a 50' inch flat screen TV in living room with DVD, VCR, and stereo system incorporated in a custom built entertainment area, three other TV's in bedrooms with DVD and VCR.
The property is available on a weekly basis (seven day minimum) from Saturday to Saturday.

Why the Owner Chose Dewey Beach:
The Delaware Beaches are family friendly communities but with many wonderful amenities such as wonderful restaurants, activities year round (Halloween Sea Witch Festival, Restaurant Week, Jazz Festival, and Independant Film Festival to name a few), unique shops in town as well as Tanger Outlets a mile away. During the summer, on Monday nights, there are movies shown on the beach as well as daily volleyball games. For the fishing or sailing enthusiast, Rehoboth Bay offers both. Sports abound such as golf, tennis and numerous bike paths in the area.
