  We stayed at this condo last year and loved it, so we came back for 2 weeks this time. The owners are easy to work with, and that makes a stress free vacation. We found another restaurant to walk to Flo's great Chinese food. Also had fun at the casino's close by. Always so peaceful there and yes sunny.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  We loved this condo at Signature, it had the best location in the complex. The pool was only steps away and we had it all to ourselves every morning after our walks to A Js for coffee. It really is a resort setting, so peaceful. The condo was nicely stocked and well furnished . We took a day trip to Sedona and Flagstaff. It really is a trip worth taking.

  We have stayed in many condos - This one ranks top on our list ! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities - very clean and comfortable - large heated pool - hot tub - sauna - work-out room and much much more. Night time views from the balcony were incredible. Location ! - Steps away from a great shopping plaza - "AJ's'' meat and fish and produce were gourmet treats on the BBQ's. " Yogurtology" for dessert - a must try. Location ! 101- Loop is minutes away to fantastic venues - Fashion Square Mall - Kierland Commons - Crackerjax [ a fabulous all age play area] - Jobing Arena [ Phoenix Coyotes] The list is endless ! Location ! Westworld [ just minutes away ] is home to Barrett-Jackson classic car auction - dog shows - horse shows - rodeos , just to name a few. We saw 3 different venues in 10 days ! Nestled in the Camelback Mts., this condo is a jewel. We will definately return !!!

  Everything about this condo is great, clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and in a really good location right by the pool. In a quiet complex. Within walking distance is anything you could want, groceries, restaurants etc. Owners were friendly and easy to deal with.
