The property was quiet and easy to find. All sources of water need to be driven to and the beach is further away than we anticipated. I liked the low maintenance of the floors and counters etc. Everything was in order on arrival and the manager answered several questions I had prior to arrrival. We do plan on staying here again in the future. We had dinner at TC porch in Navarre and the seafood was fantastic. We visited all the beaches and found that each of them has something different to offer. We visited a microbrewery in Pensacola that was fabulous. So..we had a great time!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

A true home away from home. My family stayed here for a week with our dogs and your looking for place to spread out and relax, this is the place. A million times better than any cramped hotel room would be. The house a spacious MBR downstairs with a beautiful master bath while the kids can play upstairs in nice sized rooms and a full size bathroom. Everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, BBQ, laundry, etc. Approximately 30 to 40 minutes from Destin and within 15 minutes to Pensacola/Navarre Beaches. Will definitly be back again!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed at the home for a week in early September. Since pets were allowed, I was able to bring my (large) dog along and even she loved the house! It is a great location, very easy to find off of Hwy 98. Anything you need is just a short trip down the road to Wal-mart, Walgreens, CVS, etc and lots of food options ranging from fast food to sit down. The house is very comfy and I felt very safe being there by myself (plus the dog). The neighborhood is very quiet, but unfortunately they are no sidewalks/shoulder to the road so just use caution if you like to go for walks. (Obviously, not the house's fault.) Donna, the property manager, was very easy to reach via email anytime I had a question - both before my vacation and during my stay. I definitely enjoyed my time there and it is a fabulous house to rent if you are looking for space, lots of amenities, a great location and overall relaxation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

What a great place to vacation!! The house was wonderful and within 10 miles of everything!! We really enjoyed Santa Rosa sound being right down the street. Navarre Beach was close by. If you enjoy oysters Dave's Oyster bar was just a few minutes away. The food was cheap as well as delicious!! We entertained my in-laws and thoroughly enjoyed the wrap around deck. We hope to come back again next year. This was a great vacation deal!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

April 2, 2010 - Our family highly recommends this beautiful home in Gulf Breeze, Florida! The property is conveniently located near Pensacola and Pensacola Beach, both very nice places to visit! The home is a new home with beautiful wood floors and a very nice kitchen overlooking the living room. The master suite on the main floor is very roomy to include a sitting area for reading or TV viewing, which was great for my parents who traveled with us. The upper level has two nicely appointed bedrooms. The wraparound deck is great for outdoor living which includes 2 covered areas in the front and back, excellent for morning coffee time! The area offers so much to do (a week wasn't enough time to do it all)! The Blue Angels perform practice shows near by, just check the website for schedule information! Pensacola Beach is great and offers many activities including Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Kayaking, etc... "Gulf Islands National Seashore" is right down the road from the rental home and offers a visitor center and plenty of trails, both for hiking or biking. Right down the street from the rental home is a fishing pier and launching ramp for boats! You'll be happy you rented this home!! The property manager is really prompt in responding to any questions and we appreciate this property being available which made our vacation enjoyable!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

I want you to feel content and enjoy your stay with all the conveniences of a home away from home. There is so much to see and do here. Besides fantastic weather, fresh produce and seafood, there is Destin, Crab Island, Navarre Beach and Pensacola all with emerald waters and powdered sugar beaches.
