Silver Summit Villa's 4,000 square foot spacious two level get-away is the perfect spot for your next vacation, honeymoon, reunion or retreat. The Villa, located just 1/2 mile from Starkey's Marina, boasts a beautiful view of Beaver Lake. A peaceful wooded area (great for walks, picnics or just relaxing) can be found right outside the door.
Inside, Silver Summit Villa has a spacious living area with a functioning fireplace flanked by windows holding a beautiful view of the Villa and Beaver Lake. Comfort is priority one! Spend time lounging or napping by the fireplace or take a stroll out onto the deck right outside the living room. Inside or out, your experience will be breathtaking!
A game room can be found on the lower level. This room houses a pool table, entertainment area and a bar. Adjacent to this room is a family room featuring a 50'' flat screen TV with home theater surround sound (DVD/VCR included), and another wood burning fireplace. This Eureka vacation home offers plenty of space for entertaining friends or spending quality time with your family.
A get-away that provides restful comfort in its sleeping areas. The Master (honeymoon) Suite is to be envied. A king size mountain lodge leather bed is the center of attention accented with a chair and ottoman for relaxing. The room also hosts a beautiful bathroom with a jetted tub for two with mood lighting, and separate deluxe shower with 4 heads. Two additional bedrooms are available-one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed. Both rooms are fully outfitted to provide you with a good night's rest.
To add to the beauty of this luxury Villa is a gourmet kitchen with a dining room. Features in this room include granite tile counter tops, butcher block island, six burner commercial stove, extra large refrigerator, as well as a convection double oven.
Spend romantic evenings taking in the beautiful sunsets from the screened in porch or outside on the deck. Anywhere you choose to be-inside or out-you will never forget your experience.

Loved it! This place was wonderful. I don't know whether to begin inside or out. This house was extremely well furnished and decorated beautifully. The house was immaculate. The pictures do not do it justice. The owner had told me she kept dish and cutlery service for twelve in the kitchen, plus pots, pans, etc., but when we got there I was shocked to find it was stocked with all kinds of paper goods, spices for cooking, coffee, tea, etc. The game room had a lot of games along with the pool table. There was a more than adequate supply of linens. The house is very close to the marina (about 5 minutes) so we could be out on the water and then back to the house in a flash (important when you have children). I thought we would some spend time in town or even take a trip to Branson but we did not. This place was is so relaxing and peaceful that after being on the lake we just didn't really care to go anywhere else. When the owner's tell you the view is gorgeous believe them.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: The owners, Jerry & LeaAnn Lee live in Tulsa, OK. They recently purchased the home from the previous owners after renting it several times. LeaAnn especially enjoys the peaceful and quiet setting and all the things to do in Eureka Springs. Jerry is thrilled to have so many thngs to do on the water. The house is less than 15 minutes to trout fishing below Beaver Lake dam and less than 5 minutes to nearest marina. Fishing is great. Beaver Lake's clear blue water is the second cleanest lake in the country. There is a public park @ 1/3 mile from the house for beach swimming. It's large and very few people use the park. Most people use the two public parks near the lake dam @ 5 miles from the house.
