Our luxurious modern Florida home, sleeps up to 8 people in a master suite, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a sofa bed. The living accommodation comprises a large great room with sliding doors to the private pool along with a large, more formal living/dining room. There are also two bathrooms. High speed internet access is avvailable and is free to use.
Imagine relaxing by the pool watching the pair of eagles that nest in the trees across the lake, feeding in the lake, or turtles coming out of the lake to bask in the sun. There are also many other types of birds and wildlife that can be seen.
The home has been recently fully redecorated to a very high standard, including all new furniture. There is also provision for infants (high chairs and cots which can be used free of charge).

The patio area and swimming pool is fully screened to keep out any unwanted bugs and overlooks an attractive lake. The screened area faces south allowing all-day sun and into the evening. There is a covered lanai to provide shade when the heat is too much. The pool is large at 30-feet by 14-feet and can be electrically heated.
Our home is located in the beautiful residential community of "Sabal Harbour" in Bradenton. This is close to I-75, allowing easy access to the area attractions, local shops, beaches, and restaurants. There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being across the main road. There is a community swimming pool, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and tennis courts.
Beaches at Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island, and Bradenton are all within a 20-minute drive. Clearwater and Saint Petersburg are around a 45-minute drive.
Several attractions are within a 45-minute drive - Busch Gardens theme park, Adventure Island water park, Salvador Dali Museum, and the Florida Aquarium.
Walt Disney World (and other Orlando attractions) are a 90-minute drive along Interstate 75 and Interstate 4.
There are many shops and restaurants within a ten-minute drive.
Downtown Sarasota is close by and offers much culture in the way of designer shopping, theatres, and more elegant dining.
For the really serious shopper a trip to the Outlet Mall Ellenton is a must and is a 15-minute drive.
The whole house is bright and airy and furnished beautifully in cheerful textiles to reflect Florida and your mood whilst staying in our home. There is full air-conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort and all bed linens, towels, etc. are provided.
The telephone allows FREE local calls (international and long distance calls can be made using pre-paid cards which are available at many local shops).
The nearest international airport is at Tampa just 40 minutes away over the impressive "Sunshine Skyway" bridge. Sarasota airport is 15 minutes away. Orlando is 90 minutes away.

Rate Details (In US $/Pounds Sterling)
From $800/week or £450/week (this includes all taxes).
Deposit of $200 or £150 is required at reservation.
Credit card payment available through Paypal (Paypal fees of 3.4% will be added)
The Balance is required eight weeks before arrival.
Optional Electric Pool Heating is $75 or £50 per week.
Rentals over three weeks are negotiable.
A Security Deposit will be payable (returned after departure).

Thanks for allowing us to use your villa. Everything was great from the weather to the beaches. We enjoyed Holmes Beach the most, this quiet beach was great for the family. The Beach House Restaurant had a great view of the sunset. McCurdy’s Comedy club in Sarasota was another highlight.

Everything was wonderful! The house is gorgeous, the pool is lovely overlooking the lake, and we had a good time exploring Bradenton. We had a wide age variety with us, but everyone always had something fun to do. Our favourite places to go include The Bridge Tender Inn, The Sun House, The Beach House, Banana Cabana and Oma’s Pizza. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely house.
