Our family ranges in age from 10 years to 80 years old. We have made this condo comfortable for all whenever they stay. The kids and adults all enjoy the clubhouse pool and jacuzzi and a few minutes in the sauna in the clubhouse bathrooms feels great before/after a swim and soak!
Why the Owner Chose Dillon Valley East
We bought this condo because we love the mountains in Summit County so much. We enjoy skiing and snowboarding in Winter and Spring and the beautiful colors of the trees in the Fall. We also enjoy Lake Dillon in the Summer -you can rent a small boat or just hang out at the marina. For a change of pace we daytrip over to Glenwood Springs and swim in the hot springs fed outdoor pool open all year long. Our condo is a second home for us and we have made it comfortable for hanging out. The condo is really conveniently located - close to all the ski resorts, Dillon Lake, Silverthorne and I-70. Grocery stores, movies, bowling, restaurants, ski rental, gas station, Target, Walmart, Sports Authority, etc are all located within a few minutes from the condo.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo is conveniently located and easy to get to. Its great to hang out in or just to come back to after enjoying the great outdoors. There is easy access to multiple ski areas, hiking, fishing, boating, shopping and sightseeing. The Silverthorne Outlet Stores are close by for some great bargains. The (indoor) clubhouse pool is beautiful and heated and the Jacuzzi at the pool is awesome. Men and Women's bathrooms at the clubhouse have changing areas, showers and sauna's.

We stayed at Celia's place the week before Christmas and found it to be quite comfortable. The condo was fully equipped and we cooked every night! One suggestion Celia. It seems you have a wireless router. It would be nice if you had a Roku box in the bedroom so that guests could watch some internet programming on that TV. We would definitely stay there again

We spent two weeks here the beginning of April. It was centrally located which was nice since my husband and son had the Colorado pass and skied Keystone, A Baxin, Breck, Vail and Beaver Creek. Nice being on the Summit Stage route too. The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The Murphy bed was very easy to work, but we ended up just leaving it down and that was fine. Having internet access at the condo was really nice. We went to the club house and played ping pong, used the pool and hot tub, did laundry. Had a very nice stay - the unit felt like home. Enjoyed the views. Celia was a pleasure to work with.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I spent 2 weeks in Celia's convenient condo around the end of July and beginning of August. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a little noise from the nearby interstate but I learned that running a small fan (provided!) at night drowns that out. The condo is compact and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and all the staples you hate to buy for a vacation like spices and cooking oil, etc. Plenty of linens and towels and the nearby laundry is well kept and handy. Celia is very easy to work with and I arrived with confidence. I look forward to coming back to ski or to bicycle again next summer.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Our stay was the first week of July 2010. Owner was very accomodating renting on short notice. Inside of condo was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Outside was getting a very nice makeover. Great central location to lots of activities and other towns. Would stay again.
