Villa de Atlas is a gorgeously appointed perfectly situated townhouse located in the heart of Summit County with mountain views out every window. The Summit Stage free bus service serves all the local ski mountains and towns; it stops just across the street next to a beautiful park with a spring fed pond and great playground.
The home is within walking distance of Wal-Mart, Safeway, and Starbucks with the world's finest ski resorts Keystone, Breckenridge, Loveland and Copper Mountain 15 minutes away. World-renowned Vail, Beaver Creek and Arapahoe Basin just minutes further.
The townhouse consists of three stories.
Two beautiful masters suites with king size beds dominate the upper level while the main floor where you enter the house is made up of a stunning queen suite, bathroom, the kitchen, and living room with fireplace and 60" HDTV entertainment center .
Two additional bedrooms and bathrooms are in the spacious and completely finished basement that also has a game room with a regulation size pool table, 52" HDTV, Play Station 3 with built in Blu-Ray and DVD player, and dart board that will entertain the entire family. While one of the bedrooms is yet another queen suite with a jacuzzi bathtub, the other is a bunk room that sleeps six adults comfortably. Each bedroom in this marvelous property has a full bathroom and an HD Television.
Cooks will love the expansive kitchen and dining room for twelve or more. Comfortable rustic mountain lodge décor will invite your guests to sit back and relax as you prepare a meal or play trivia pursuit late into the night. My name is Brian Atlas. I live in Lago Vista, Texas on Lake Travis. I am a developer of high end, mixed use developments in Texas. My wife, children, grand children, and myself love skiing and golfing. We love Colorado as a second home.
Why the Owner Chose Meadow Creek
I chose to purchase this property because it is in Frisco, Colorado. Frisco is the Summit County Center. It sits in the middle between Copper Mountain, Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail. Great location. It is one block from the Summit Stage Central Station, which is the free bus to all ski and shopping areas. It is two blocks from the major shopping area and across the street from a beautiful park with a heavily stocked lake. We love our home in Frisco, Colorado.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Being directly on the hike and bike trails, it is convenient to walk or bike to town. The heated garage certainly takes the morning chill out of the drive to the mountains. Lots of games, puzzles, play station 3, pool table, darts, and more. Having Direct TV with all the NFL and premium channels is great on a cold winter day.

We rented this space for a reuion in June. We were very disappointed to find it very unclean. Filthy bathroo downstairs and towlette backed up. Dirty counters upstairs in the kitchen and dark hairs found in the bedding in one of the bedrooms downstairs. We talked to the owner and he said he would return the cleaning fee but never did.
Owner response:It was unfortunate that a guest arrived at my home and it wasn't cleaned.I had a new cleaning company at the time and they did not do a great job. Once I was made aware of the situation, I immediately sent someone to the house to properly clean. I apologized to the tennant. According to the cleaning company, my home was not as bad as the renters alledged. Regardless the cleaning company was immediately replaced. In the many years I have rented my home, this is the first incident I have had with cleaning. I strive to maintain a first class, clean home. Unfortunately, sometimes things do not work out. Owner

Great stay at this unit. We had 9 adults & 8 kids (ages 10 - 16) and had plenty of room. The older kids loved "their space" in the lower level with the big TV and pool table leaving the adults with much needed peace and quiet on the main level. The kitchen was large, very user friendly and well stocked. The hot tub was large & spot on after a day on the mountain. If/when we go back with a large group I would definitely use this unit again. The townhouse worked well for our group of five adult couples with a private bedroom and bath for each. The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub each evening following great skiing at various nearby resorts. The owner did an excellent job with communications regarding the booking, the occupancy and the follow-up. Though we had several cars among our group, we also used the nearby Summit shuttle and walked to the grocery store. One suggestion: A bench in the mudroom would be very helpful. All in all, a great week at a great place in a beautiful state!

This townhome is very accessible to Frisco and Summit County as a whole. The house is clean, comfortable and a lot of bedrooms/beds. Comfortable kitchen and room to sit for a large number; nice TVs and a pool table as well. We stayed here the end of July and it worked out great for us.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

What a great place to stay. A great ski vacation with 2 families - total of 5 kids from ages 9-14. This condo is extremely well equipped and the space is perfect for families to be together or to spread out if they need to. The bedrooms are all very spacious and having the 2 master suites makes if very easy to have 2 families there. We had more than enough beds - the bunk room that sleeps 6 is amazing! The hot tub was great after the long days on the ski hill. We skiied Copper Mountain and Breckenridge and both are just a short drive - grocery store and ski rental right nearby. The pictures here represent the condo very well and everything was better than we expected!! We would definitely recommend this property and would love to visit again!

I stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was great. The house is big -- perfect for a large family get together. Everything in the house is new or updated. The hot tub overlooking the mountains is the icing on the cake.
