Thisn unit at The Courtyards at Market Street was completed in 2005 as a unique development in upscale DC Ranch - one of the most luxurious neighborhoods in the Valley.

The architecture is stylish and unique and the location is perfect. In DC Market (a 50 yard walk), you’ll find multiple fine-dining restaurants, Safeway Supermarket, and many other shops and boutiques. If you’re not playing golf, you may decide you need no car at all!

We have an indoor and outdoor audio system to set the tone to watch the beautiful Arizona sunset with a glass of wine or sunrise on one of two 2nd-story decks. The pool is 50 yards from our front door, and the DC Ranch fitness center is a 10 minute warm-up walk away.

In the living room is a 50” plasma TV with DVD player and surround sound theater system.

We are required by the HOA to provide only 6 month rentals of the unit. An early departure will generate a refund of any unused rent payment.

The rental rate will include basic housekeeping service every other week, high-speed internet access, and local telephone usage (unlimited US long distance service available for $40).

Pets accepted on case-by-case basis.

  • If you like hiking, restaurants, golf and every possible amenity plus plenty of sun this is the place. DC Ranch is in the heart of Scottsdale's northeast area with easy access to everything. This Courtyards townhome is within walking distance to the shopping and restaurants at Market Place. There's lots to love about staying here.
