Welcome to the Sun Palm. This charming bungalow, located in an upscale neighborhood, has been completely remodeled from floor to roof. Linens, towels, dishes, cleaning supplies and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. Tile throughout the house. It is situated in a quiet, established neighborhood, between the intercoastals and the Gulf beaches.
It has two bedrooms and a den/sunroom with comfortable bedding (two queens and one twin), a family room with new furniture, an eat-in kitchen, and tiled bar/counter with three barstools. Washer and dryer are located in detached garage. Cable and flat screen TV's in bedrooms and family room, DVD players, and a large selection of DVD movies to choose from. Outside shower at garage and 2 over-sized hammocks in large backyard. Floor is tiled throughout house.
The Sun Palm bungalow is a short three-minute walk to public access Madeira and Redington Beaches, a short three-minute walk to grocery store, restaurants, drug store, public library, shopping, and miniature golf course. John's Pass, known for its restaurants and shopping, is a half mile away. There is also fishing, gambling, and sightseeing charters located at the village. The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is a short drive north on Gulf Boulevard. There is also a trolley that goes from south Saint Pete Beach all the way to Clearwater Beach along Gulf Boulevard. It is an inexpensive and great way to see all of the beach communities. Stops are all along Gulf Blvd.

The Lenox's were delighted with their 1 month stay at the Sun Palm. They wrote, "The Sun Palm lifts the spirits with its light filled rooms. Thanks for the home away from home. The house was immaculate with many amenities in place for us; from soaps, lotions, paper products, cleaning supplies,and plenty of reading material. The 3 TV's with DVD accessability entertained us and our guests on cooler evenings. Our dog Skipper loved the sun and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet."

When asked about what they liked most about their week stay at the Sun Palm,the Beck family from Pennsylvania wrote, "It was one of the best times we had down here in the past 15 years. If dates work out, we are definitely considering coming back next year." They also wrote that they enjoyed the convenient location of the nearby grocery store, putt-putt golf, and close walking distance to the beach from the house. Their ability to bring their dog was also a number one factor. They liked the lay-out of the house and the tiled floors throughout made it a kid and dog friendly place. They loved the beach chairs and the convenience of the washer and dryer. They also wrote that having 3 TV's in the house was a plus.
