  Everything was exactly as advertised. All clean and very well decorated. Easy to get to whatever we needed. Security guards at gate very helpful with information.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We have been staying at this condo for the past three years. It is very clean and it is updated each year by the owner. All appliances are in working order and it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is great for us. We enjoy the privacy, quietness, the view of the lake and the peacefulness of the fountain. The beach and pool area are less than a ten minute walk away. It is a gated community staffed with diligent security so we feel very safe and comfortable. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. The property is within walking distance to the main highway or you can walk the side streets to just relax. We enjoy staying at this condo and we would highly recommend it!

  We love HHI and have stayed at HHBT numerous times. We prefer the tennis villas b/c they are quieter and close to the park and grills where we do most of our evening cooking while there. This particular condo looks over the pond. It is a relaxing view! Bring your citronella candle, and you can sit there all night listening to the waterfall in the pond. Upon our arrival, there was a slight issue due to the cleaning company. They had not been there prior, therefore; we did not have any linens. Was it an inconvenience? Sure, a little frustrating, too, but I understood the owner is hundreds of miles away. We called him, and let me say, he was equally frustrated. He was very effecient in his communications b/w me and the cleaning company and he was able to get the company there that night. The owner had a family member down upon our departure to deliver apologies to us and to deal with that cleaning company and to look for a new one. I am willing to assure this will NEVER happen again!! So...linens on the bed. The beds sleep great! The MBR bed is very comfortable; I assume its new. The twin beds are comfortable, too. I was able to put my 7 & 3 yr old in 1 and my 11 yr old slept in the other. There is enough room between the beds for playtime, or for a pack-n-play for a baby, or small air mattress, etc. There is also plenty of drawer and closet space. The carpet in the bedrooms is clean and there are nice size tv's in both. The kitchen is nice, small table at entry with 2 baskets perfect for snacks, and corner shelf for groceries. I really appreciate a smooth top stove! I usually bring pots/pans, but this time I didn't b/c of the VRBO description. I was GLAD I didn't pack them. The only thing I can think of that I would have brought is a dish w/lid. I made chick salad to take to the beach; there was a bowl large enough for it, but it was glass. I was able to keep in the fridge, but I did not want to take his dish to the beach. I brought a wine glass from home but didn't need it! The kitchen is stocked! I even left a set of tongs for grilling :) And it has an ice maker. There is plenty of dining space and the couch & chair sit very comfortably. Nice TV in living room. If you go, I'd bring trash bags & dish detrgnt/soap, dish w/lid, and I always bring 409 or something similar as most condos do not have cleaning supplies. Overall A+, the condo is extremely clean and comfortable-a must have for our family vacations! I would def rent again.
