After years of thoughtful planning and designing, we are excited to offer our completely remodeled, renovated and redecorated 2,500 square foot condo for rental! We have tried to think of everything that you would want/expect from a luxury waterfront rental so that you are able to enjoy the incredible surroundings without worries.
The Grosvenor at Pelican Bay is just 30 miles from Ft. Myer's International Airport. The building is centrally located just blocks from the upscale Waterside Shops, the brand new Mercato Shops and the Naples Philharmonic. With so many fantastic options for dining, shopping and entertainment so close to our condo, you are sure to appreciate the convenient location as much as we do.
Pelican Bay is the perfect exclusive getaway featuring 2.5 miles of white sandy beaches, a 570 acre conservation area and 40 acres of parks and nature trails. With private beach pavilions, tennis courts, beach-side fitness classes, four beach-side restaurants, walking and biking paths, canoeing and sailing, a community center with state of the art fitness center, salon,computers, art, bridge and social activities, and tram service that picks you up right outside of the Grosvenor property and takes you through the natural protected mangrove right to the beach.
The condo itself is an absolutely gorgeous 3 bedroom condo with ocean and golf course views in exclusive Pelican Bay. After being completely renovated from top to bottom and finished with high-end Robb & Stucky designer furnishings, it is truly move-in ready! Enjoy a sunrise breakfast on your back lanai overlooking the golf course and landscaped areas or a nice sunset glass of wine on your over-sized front lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
A gourmet chef's kitchen stocked with everything that you may need awaits you. This wonderful kitchen has both a breakfast bar and an eat-in chef's table. Some of the other finishes include granite counters, custom cabinetry, a pot filler, and custom tile work.
The open floor plan flows nicely from the kitchen into the formal dining area with seating for six. This space also features an elegant chandelier and a built in china hutch filled to the brim with a full Villeroy & Boch coordinating china set perfect for entertaining. A queen sized bed awaits you in the second master suite which also has a private lanai complete with a bar height table and four chairs. A romantic chandelier and soft blue upscale bedding, TV and DVD player, a fully renovated full bathroom and walk-in California Closet all contribute to the appeal of this space.
Last, but certainly not least, the third bedroom is currently set up as a bedroom but has been designed to easily convert to a den. This room is currently furnished with a queen sized bed, two nightstands and a dresser as well as a beautiful custom built-in armoire which includes two closets, a desk with a new 3-in-1 printer, and a flat screen TV. Waking up in the morning and looking out the sliding doors to the lanai and the ocean view is truly a spectacular way to start your day. The 3/4 bathroom across the hall is convenient both for guests of this bedroom and for general use.

Everything about this property is First Class! The newly remodeled condo has been meticulously cleaned and has beautiful decor. It is fully furnished and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. I thouroughly enjoyed the quietness as well as the serene oceanfront view. The condo is located within a five minute walk to the private beachfront, where you can find a long stretch of white sand, restaurants, or an early morning fitness class. In addition, brand new shopping centers, restaurants, and clubs are within a mile or two of the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! The owners are fantastic and have created a haven in which guests feel welcome and accommodated.

About the owner: This home has been in the family for years and now, after our floor to ceiling remodel are we making it available for rental. We have tried to think of everything that a renter would want/need when completing our remodel/redecoration and hope that others will enjoy it as much as we have!
