The Maryland House is a lovingly and beautifully restored 1920's house with a great enclosed porch. The kitchen/dining room renovation was completed in Dec. 2013. Large DR can easily seat 10-12, separate breakfast room seats 6. Two-zone CAC system. One BR with twin beds is on the first floor. There is a newly enlarged and renovated full bath on the first floor also. There are 12 beds in 7 BR's. Three BR's have sinks. Parking is provided in the driveway for two cars and two passes are provided for on-street parking.
The beach and Boardwalk are just a short 1-1/2 block walk from the house. Restaurants and shops are also within easy walking distance.
Large LR, enclosed porch, large DR, enlarged/opened kitchen and a breakfast room allow families and groups to spread out and have lots of space.
Weekly (Sat.-Sat.) rentals in season. Weekend rentals between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends, with a two-night minimum stay. Holiday weekends require a three-night minimum. Linen and infant supply packages are available in the off-season for an additional charge.
Availability calendar shows available dates in the Main House that has 7 BR's and can sleep 16 in beds. One bedroom and 1 bathroom are on the first floor, all others are on the 2nd floor.

Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach: We have been vacationing in Rehoboth Beach since the late 1980s. We love Rehoboth Beach due to it's family atmosphere and wide variety of people.
We love that once we are here, we can walk everywhere - from the beach and boardwalk to great restaurants and shops.
Our family purchased this property in April 2011, and it has been a truly wonderful venture! The previous owners lovingly restored much of the house, and built up a wonderful business with many long-standing repeat tenants. During the winter of 2012-2013 we repainted many of the rooms, and redecorated the large living room. We also replaced the roof and added other things that will make for a more comfortable and relaxing stay for everyone who stays with us.
The Unique Benefits at this House: We love the friendliness of the people on street we're on. We love that we can walk anywhere in a matter of 5 minutes. We also love our enclosed front porch, and we enjoy sitting there no matter what season or what the weather - windows opened or closed, you get to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We also love that even a large group of people can all sit down and eat dinner together, either inside the house or in the spacious back yard.
This house is located close to everything, but is also peaceful and has privacy. We feel like we're in the middle of everything, but we can relax completely at the house.
In Fall 2013 we completely renovated the kitchen/dining room area, opening it up, and adding more counter and cabinet space. We also enlarged and renovated the full bath on the 1st floor.
