This 3 bedroom/3 bath end unit condo is located in the East Tower on 6th floor, with not only breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico from 2 large windows and sliding glass doors, but also views of the Intracoastal Waterway and all the way down Johnson Beach in Perdido Key. This beautiful condo has been recently remodeled with new paint and gorgeous tile floors throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features black granite counters, which is fully open to the Living Room. The breakfast table offers great views of Perdido Key. The 2 large leather/upholstered sofas offer ample seating along with a club chair and ottoman. The large 50" flat screen TV has surround sound speakers throughout the living area. The living room steps out to a spacious balcony with very comfortable outdoor furniture. This condo is equipped with Wireless Internet.
The Master Bedroom, which opens up the balcony, features a King Size bed, with also a 42" Flat TV. The spacious Master Bath has a double sink vanity, separate shower and jetted garden tub. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 full size Beds and also a flat screen TV. The 3rd Bedroom has a queen size bed and also a flat screen TV. Each Bedroom has its own private bath. With the 2 large sofas this condo will sleep 10 people, with 8 in beds.

This was a wonderful condo! Everything is just as described but BETTER! The beach behind is wonderful. We woke to dolphins swimming and the ocean splashing the shore. Owner makes everything carefree and easy! We will be booking another stay here without a doubt! Thanks again it was everything we could have asked for and more!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
