It is situated in Manzanillo towards the west end of Manzanillo Bay with a close view to your right of the famous Las Hadas Marina were the movie "10" was filmed. To your left you'll view old town Manzanillo and Las Brisas. Entertaining pelicans frequent the area and often soar above the building. The ocean view is always changing with views of the local fishermen, the large freighters waiting to get into port, cruise ships going in and out of the bay--always lots of activity to watch from your deck.
The pool is an infinity pool with a spacious poolside lounging area. The beach out front is beautiful and accessible from the pool area. Excellent uncrowded walking beach stretching 8km. The water temperature is perfect at 80 degrees..
It is walking distance to excellent restaurants, modern shopping, cinemas and frequent good bus service is available for longer distances.
We have a 2006 Nissan 4 door auto for rent by the day which is appropriately insured for visitors to Mexico

Why the Owner Chose Manzanillo
We chose this location for several reasons. The climate is perfect. It is a growing destination, therefore investment opportunity is excellent. It is reasonable to fly here each year. I love to walk on the beach and there are miles of beautiful beach at my doorstep. The excellent shopping and modern facilities were important to me and we enjoy trying different restaurants in the area---there are numerous excellent ones to choose from as well as many inexpensive taco stands--all within walking distance.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I really enjoy the fact that the condominium complex is fairly small--6 units plus a penthouse and as a result it is very personable and friendly.
This Condominium is close to Walmart and located just before the Camino Real Hotel on the waterfront
Owner's Map of Manzanillo
My husband and I looked for many years and in many areas in Mexico before we discovered this little piece of paradise on the beach in Manzanillo Bay. In 2007 we purchased the property and began building in the fall that year. To date we have completed 6 units and are presently completing the interior of the penthouse. My husband is a long time builder on the sunshine coast and is known for his one of a kind west coast contemporary homes, each one being unique. We spend 6 months of the year living in our new condominium in Manzanillo at "Paraiso Azul" and the other 6 months in Canada. Presently our home in Gibsons is a 60ft. ketch sailing vessel called the Resolution 2. Between house building and myself working a few nursing shifts we manage to find time to sail on the west coast of BC in the summer months. B.C. can be beautiful in the summer months but we needed to escape the cold and rain in the winter. We look forward to meeting interested buyers or renters and assure you that if we are not here, our helpful and friendly staff will always be here to assist you. For those of you that do not understand or speak the language, our staff can help you in English as well.
