A Place at the Beach IV, Unit 234, is located in the desirable Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It offers a unique non-commercial village atmosphere, wide sandy beaches, and convenience to all the Grand Strand area attractions. The location is within 5 minutes of drive time to Restaurant Row, Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, Alabama Threatre, The House of Blues, Galleria Shopping Mall, Tanger Outlet Mall, Highway 22 and Kingston Plantation. Within 6-10 minutes, you can be at either Broadway at the Beach or Barefoot Landing. Golf courses abound all around you. And if you don't want to leave Shore Drive at all, you'll find wonderful restaurants, fabulous nightclubs and the longest pier on the East Coast right on the ocean. You get ALL of this WITHOUT the hustle and bustle of busy Ocean Boulevard. It's almost like being on a private island :) No traffic, quiet and private.
Our condo is a beautiful and updated two bedroom, two bath, DIRECT ocean front condo on the 2nd floor. Enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and not a parking lot or street! Both bedrooms offer Queen sized beds as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area accommodating a maximum of 6 guests.
A Place at the Beach IV complex offers a large, heated & deep ocean front swimming pool, a hard to find luxury, along with a baby pool for the little guests to enjoy. Lounge by the pool on the newly renovated sun deck area. Community areas also include a barbeque area, beach showers, and coin operated laundry facilities.
While strolling the beach be sure to check out the Apache Pier, Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, and a Straw Market area located across the street. We are only a short distance from grocery stores, night clubs, and great restaurants. Grocery store and Super Walmart are conveniently located just about a mile up the street.
This is a Non-Smoking, NO PETS, direct ocean front unit, just STEPS to the sand. We continue to update our unit every year and you will always find it immaculately clean and comfortable. Please contact us if you would like to see additional photos.
