*** Perfect Fifth Floor Location! Great elevation for views, but not too high. From here, You can see the waves breaking on the sand while you are seated in the family room or lying in your bed! Just two floors above the walkway from the parking garage, so no long elevator rides!

The balcony has good views of the beach in both directions, especially a fantastic, unobstructed view to the West for viewing the sunsets and the Fishing Pier (see the picture below!) This is a private balcony (rare in Aqua!) that has two chaise lounges as well as a bistro set for two!
*** Free Beach Chairs! Beach service, including two padded lounges and umbrella, is complimentary for our guests from March through October!
*** Recently remodeled from top to bottom! Very nicely furnished, comfortable and tasteful. Every room is beautifully decorated. (Check out the pictures!) Your kids will love the custom-built bunk beds. The bunks have lots of headroom, so your kids can sit comfortably in bed and watch TV. And you will love the King-Sized Simmons BeautyRest pillow-top mattress in the bedroom! Queen sleeper in the family room provides extra sleeping space. Floor-to-ceiling blackout drapes block out the light when you want privacy, and include tie-backs when you want to let the sun shine in (check out how much glass faces the beach)!
*** On-site Management! We use Aqua's onsite rental and maintenance program. The benefit for you is that if you need help with something in the condo while you are there, you don't need to contact us. You can simply call downstairs, and the Aqua folks are right there to take care of you!
*** Upgraded Electronics! Electronics include a 42-inch 1080P flat screen TV + Blue-Ray/DVD player, a mini-stereo w/AM+FM+CD+iPod dock in the family room, a 37-inch flat screen TV + DVD player in the bedroom, and a 19-inch flat screen TV + DVD player in the bunk room!
*** Everything you need! Unit includes Cable TV, high-speed internet access, local phone service (use calling card for long distance), washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, two full baths, and sleeping for up to six people.

Thanks J. & S., Thank you for sharing your condo with us to make new memories that will last a lifetime. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. This condo is very beautiful and has amazing views of the gulf and the pier at Pier Park. This was my girlfriends first visit to see the gulf/ocean and it's couldn't have been any better. The weather was wonderful. Aqua is a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Everyone there was so nice and the beach chairs were great. We will definitely be coming back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

This was my first trip to PCB and I can honestly say, we will be coming back again!! Everyone kept telling me to book in Destin, and after many days of research, this particular unit caught my eye. I do prefer to stay somewhere that I feel has my same taste in style...Jackie and Steve have done an outstanding job with this unit! I would also like to mention that Jackie was extremely prompt with her response about my inquiry and gave me the BEST rate of anyone else!!!! The unit and resort were top notch and I have already referred friends to this resort. We loved getting up every morning and sitting out on the balcony while listening the the waves sipping on mimosas and coffee... such the life! The beach attendants were very friendly and kept coming by to make sure all the guests were comfortable. We are already planning for our next visit!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Bottom line, the owners were as great as the condo! This was a special trip for me, and this beautiful unit made it all the better. The furnishings exceeded our expectations, and the condo was very clean and well cared for. I checked in to the condo on Fri 3/1 with my girlfriend, and checked out Monday 3/4 with my fiance. This condo will hold a special place in our hearts forever, and we'll be staying here again very soon! Thanks again and God bless you and your familyRecommended for: Romantic getaway.

We stayed at this condo for the month of February 2013. The condo is in good condition, and has a well equipped kitchen. Both the listing description and pictures accurately reflect the unit. Thank you Steve and Jackie for allowing us to rent your lovely unit. The owners participate in the maintenance program at the property, and we did have a couple of very minor things that needed to be looked after. We reported them and both were dealt with in a very timely and efficient manner. The only negative comment I would have on this property would be regarding the pool. They do not heat the outdoor portion of the pool, so the only area you can swim in is all indoor. This of course has nothing to do with the owner of the unit. It is a resort issue. We found the smell of chlorine to be very bad upon our first visit to the pool area. It was so strong I could not stay there. Don't get me wrong, I am glad they use it obviously, but if the partition between the indoor and outdoor sections of the pool were open, this would not be an issue. Overall the condo unit itself is very nice and I would recommend it to others looking for a nice unit in PCB. Thanks again Jackie and Steve for the use of your great unit.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

very relaxing, beautiful view. Near Pier Park. Cycling and hiking is great with both Frank Brown Park and Conservation Park. They both need more publicity!!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers.

Very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Our 2 daughters (ages 11 and 7) LOVED the room with the bunk beds. Aqua was conviently located to the Pier Park, restaurants, and shops. We couldn't have asked for more on our first trip to Panama City. We hated to leave and will definitely return.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Our stay at Aqua was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The unit was so nice! I loved the decor which had a beach theme but not all crazy with color. The description on the website was exactly as described. The property was always very clean, very well-maintined, someone was always working on something. I would definately recommend to anyone I know. We couldn't have been happier!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us. It was very clean and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed the views of the ocean/pier from the balcony. Our kids (5) and (3) loved the bunk bed room....the television and dvd player in the room was a nice feature as well. We hope to return to the same condo next year. We also loved that the condo was conveniently located near Pier Park/Target.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We had a terrific time at the Aqua room #510. The room was very well appointed with decorations. The bonus room beds were surprising large enough for two teenage girls. Will look to rent this room again in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.
