Close by there are many restaurants to choose from ranging from casual to fine dinning.
Our walk in Condo is meticulously maintained and cleaned. We have fully-equipped this Condo with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Queen-size bed and full-size sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, patio furniture, and a gas grill so you can relax and enjoy the lake view while you barbecue from your own balcony. Stay cool in the lakeside pool, or you can fish or swim from one of the many dock equipped with swim ladders.

We are Don and Karen Fawcett, owners of A Clean Getaway. We established our business in 2004.
Our mission statement:We take great pride in our condos to make sure they are always clean and well maintained.
The only thing you will need to bring, is what you want to eat and drink!
We don't think you should have to worry about bringing linens or having to clean our unit before you leave.
We just want you to enjoy your time away!
We look forward to hearing from you!
We also own 1 more condo,located back in the quiet cove.
Why the Owner Chose Heron Bay
We own a boat and have always enjoyed being down at the lake. We wanted to have a place of our own to stay, so we thought we would extend our condo out to the public. We presently now own 3 condos in Heron Bay.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Close proximity to dinning, shopping, entertainment for the all family,golfing and fishing. Fish from the docks and some docks have crappie beds. You can either swim in the pool or take a plunge into the lake, all the docks are equipped with swim ladders. Or you may decide to take a way along the walkway around the lake or play a game of tennis.

Everything was as stated in the description of the condo. The instructions were precise. There wasn't a thing that was needed as the owners had thought of everything! We had our grandchildren with us and in their words, "This is a neat house, real cool!" There were a lot of activities close by to keep them occupied. We will definately visit again! Thanks for a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Don's condo. It's a cute little place, with the balcony overlooking the water -- a wonderful spot for breakfast on the lake. Thank you, Don, for your help with our last minute plans.

This place was great. The owners are very nice. It's walking distance to a bar (Pit Stop) and a boat/jet ski facility. I like that there is a ladder on the dock so you can hang out in the lake and easily get out. The condo was nice and clean. Had a blast! I look forward to my Ozarks tip every year.

Really enjoyed your Condo.Loved the balcony with the nice table & chair set!Great view,nice pool & nice neighbors too!Very clean,plenty of towels & close to good food & good times.Loved the frozen Marg's at the "Pit Stop" !!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We found your Condo to be very cozy and clean. It was really nice to just walk in from the parking lot and not have to climb a flight of steps! We had a great view of the lake, and we were very pleased at how close we were to all the shopping and resturants. We look forward to our next trip to the lake and will contact you again in the future!
