  Loved this house! Our family of 7 went and had a great time. 2 minute walk to beach and to store. Our kids were all teenagers and had a great time. Kitchen-awesome. Family room-big and comfy. Beds were super comfortable. Would rent this one again if we go back!

  We've been going to Pacific City for years, and this was our most enjoyable trip yet! The house was absolutely perfect - condition, location and amenities! The owners were wonderful to work with in setting up our vacation. My family loved the bikes, the short walk to the beach, and the backyard was a perfect set-up for roasting smores at night and playing with sand toys during the day. A big plus for us was the peaceful wooded trail at the back of the house....a lovely stroll home from the Cape, market or the Pelican Brew Pub. It's all so close! Can't wait to get back there!!!

  We had the most wonderful experience during our two week stay in this home. The house is beautifully kept and offers terrific mattresses and linens, a well-equipped kitchen, soft carpet, gorgeous wood floors, a great back yard for play and exploration, great location---it was everything we could have wished for and more. The owners are *lovely* to work with, too! We can't wait to return, unpack our bags, and ride bikes to the beach!

  This home was perfect for our large family. It is appointed with everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay at the beach. Decorated beautifully and well set up for small kids and their parents. The kids loved the backyard beach and We LOVED the Bonzini!! Thanks so much Victoria - we'll be in touch again soon!

  We had 4 adults and 6 kids, ages 7-16, that stayed in this house and enjoyed it greatly!!! The layout was great for 2 families and there was so much available there to be able to cook meals easily. One of the best things is how easy it was to 'check out'. We've stayed in other houses where you have to do all of the laundry etc...which is tough to get done by time check out time is. In this house you just have to run the dishwasher and start one load of laundry, that in itself makes us want to return. The layout of the house was great, enjoyed the bikes, foosball table etc... We will definitely return!!

  This home was beautiful, well appointed, perfectly located, and super family friendly. The backyard is amazing with sand, toys, "pirate ships", etc for the kids, plus it has woods to explore as well. The beach is a quick walk out the front door and after climbing the sand dune "WOW" there is Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda. We spent so much time at the beach and cape that we hardly had time to appreciate the foosball, games, table tennis, bikes, movies, whirlpool tub, etc that the home offered. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Victoria!

  This was a great place in Pacific City! Close to everything, yet private and quiet. We had 4 couples staying here for a cooking weekend and had a fabulous time in this clean and beautiful home. The open floor plan worked well for cooking, eating, games and lots of laughing. It was great to have a fire in the firepit and play some bocce in the woods. Very comfortable beds...and the sofa calls to you for a nap!We would all definitely stay here again...and hope to soon!

  Well appointed home with eveything you need!! Easy walking distance to beach, pubs, coffeed, etc. Great trails out back, perfect neighborhood for the kids to ride bikes - just what one needs for a great time with children and/or friends! We were fortunate enough to have perfect spring break weather which only made our time in Pacific City more enjoyable. Can't wait to return - thank you Victoria, your home is absolutely amazing!

  We really enjoyed our stay at your house. What an excellent setup! Walk to the beach along the dedicated path, walk to the playground / the store / the pub along the BLM trail. We only got in our car once during our entire stay. This provided for a very relaxing stay indeed. The house is VERY NICE, and the yard provided for hours of playtime for our two girls (7 and 10). We even took a hike up to the top of the hill behind the house for outstanding views of the coastline and entire town of Pacific City. Your house is well kept, in a great neighborhood, and layed out nicely for a family of four. We could easily have shared it with another small family. We will definitely return!

Winter special of 3 night minimum $99 pr night. Not including public holidays. Ask during January-March, not Springbreak!

$250 refundable security deposit to hold your reservation. Half rent due 60 days before arrival, balance due 14 days before.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

$85 cleaning fee. $25 pet fee for negotiated pets.
