We invite you to be our guest in our 1300 square foot, two bedroom, two bath condo located in Reflections on the Gulf. It is a short 20 minutes from Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport and 30 minutes from Tampa.
This corner unit Condominium has stunning, never ending views of the beautiful beach. There is a view from every room. You can watch the sunsets from the covered and screened balcony. Access from living room and master bedroom (which has it’s own bathroom with double vanity sink and closet). Furnishings are only two years old. Living room dining room combination. Washer and dryer in unit. Two week minimum enhances a non-hotel like atmosphere.
Elevator building with protected hallway to unit and assigned parking. Fabulous brick paver pool and spa with adjacent keyed bathroom facility, tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. Tennis courts. Spacious main floor lobby area with sauna nearby. Wheel chair accessible building. Security guard in lobby evenings. Key needed to enter building and also for access in and out to the beach. A secure feeling in a beautiful setting. Smoking on balcony only please.
Short drive north to Clearwater Beach, which has a marina for boating tours, fishing and shopping. Head south and you are minutes from John’s Pass and Treasure Island. This is a popular destination with many restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, wave runner rentals, and an old fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops.
On an early morning walk you will enjoy our uncrowded beach and soft white sand, not to mention the nearly perfect year-round weather. If you’re lucky you may catch sight of dolphins or our very special sea turtle nests (summer).
Numerous attractions nearby include Busch Gardens (30 miles), Disney World (90 minutes), golf, Tampa Aquarium, St. Petersburg Pier, art museums, theater, plenty of good restaurants, water sports, miniature golf, rentals and activities for the whole family, all within a short distance form our beautiful beach.

My wife and I had a very pleasent vacation at your condo on the Gulf. The location is excellent, very convenient to the beach and the off shore shopping areas. All the other residents in the building were very friendly and helpfull. The condo was very well appointed and had everthing we needed to make our stay very confortable. It was a pleasure to do business with the owners.

Absolutely wonderful condo. The carpet looks to be brand new. The furniture is in wonderful condition. The beds were great - particularly the pillow-top king in the master. This corner unit has a FANTASTIC direct view of the gulf (including a panoramic view of the beach to the North). The building, Reflections, is very quiet and peaceful. Great pool and tennis. Can't say enough good things about this unit. And, the new owner tells me that he's going to be performing even more updates shortly. Wonderful place for a vacation. Don't hesitate to rent this unit!!!!
Owner response:Thanks Scott, Since your stay we have completed a a major redecorating project. We enlarged the view to the ocean from the kitchen, installed all new appliances, all new linens throughout, and new vertical blinds. The entire condo has also been completely repainted.
