  This is a great place to stay. Close to the beach, and an easy walk into town where there is a good choice of restaurants and bars. The house has everything you need and has a nice backyard which is fenced in. You are close to a corner store and a grocery store and the library is not far. The house is very comfortable with a nice living room and big kitchen. I would recommend this house to anyone I know and anyone else. Snowbird

  Owner response: I am so blessed to have my little snowbird from Canada. I am so glad that she enjoys the house. She is right, it is a short walk to everything. It is a beautiful beach-like blue interior, can you say, calm and relaxing after a full day at the beach. I love the floor plan of the house, everyone can be together, or they can have their privacy. I think the privacy fence and deck with the screened in back yard is my favorite. Call me for your fabulous vacation. Anne

  This cozy home is so close to the beach, Times Square and all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer! The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay and our dog loved it too! The house has a fenced in backyard too! The home has everything you need to prepare meals...cookware, small appliances etc. The house has a split floor plan which comes in handy if you have house guests Plenty of privacy. This is our second time to stay in this home and WE LOVE IT! The owner of the home makes sure everything is just like you need it to be....she goes the extra mile! LOVE IT AND WILL STAY AGAIN!

  Owner response: I am so glad that Robin and Mike came and stayed with us again. They are so lovely we hated it when it was time for them to leave. We went out to eat with them, there are so many fun restaurants here on the island. they went deep sea fishing, which is a short, like 5 minute drive, from their "vacation home", anyway, I was so jealous they caught like 20 large grouper. We went out to eat with them and the restaurant cooked the fish for us, they were so good. I can't wait for next time for them to return and me to get to go fishing with them. They are already looking at their calendar for next year. Anne

  This was the perfect beach getaway for my family and pets. We enjoyed our time at the beach house. I would gladly stay there again. The house was well equipped with all you would need for your family. Ann was more than hospitable. She was available at all times. If you need a place to stay that is walking distance to the beach and Times Square this is it!

  Owner response: I was so pleased to have Lori, her adorable daughter, and the "yum-yum" chief stay at our Delmar home. The name was given by my daughter as they kept inviting my daughter to come over, she said he was a lot better cook than I am. (Not that I mind, I just wished they lived closer so we could eat with them more!!) We went to the beach with them also as it is such a short walk and so beautiful with the white sugar-like sand. We also went to Time's Square as it is such a fun exciting place and also very close. I hope you will visit soon so we can enjoy getting to provide a great time for you also. Anne and daughter.

  This is a very clean spacious home close to the water and all the activities along Ft Myers Beach. Anne was a great host and very easy to work with. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay very much. When we go to Ft Myers again we will definitely check on the availability of this rental.

  Just had a wonderful stay in the sweetest beach cottage in Fort Myers Beach, far enough away from Times Square to be comfortable, but close enough to enjoy, perfect. Just 3 houses off Estero Blvd and 3 minutes from the beach. The house is so comfortable, easy chairs and clean fresh bedding on each bed, plenty of towels and a comfortable back porch with grill and fenced garden if you take pets or children. Anne was very helpful and thoughtful with the booking and care whilst at the house. We will return.

  We loved our stay in this well equipped home very close to the beach and a few blocks away from all the fun at Times Square! We had everything we needed for our stay! The house was VERY CLEAN! We felt like we were home. Anne and her family were a joy to meet! Very honest and dependable. You will love this location. We are looking forward to our stay again next year! Wonderful!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I had a great time at this super house. The house is very nicely decorated and furnished and the layout provides for privacy for guests. You do not need a car here, you can walk everywhere. The grocery store is nearby, as is the library, pool and gym at the recreation centre. You can walk into town to all the restaurants and bars and best of all the beach is just across the street! I can't wait to return! I recommend this property to everyone!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My husband and our 2 large dogs recently spent 2 weeks at this adorable beach house. Plenty of room, great fenced in back yard with large deck. Excellent location, could walk everywhere, including the beach right down the street, which is pet friendly!! Nice large eat-in kitchen. Two nice size bedrooms and baths. Plenty of closets and dressers. Nicely decorated, ample towels and bedding. We had a great time! We are looking forward to our next trip.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children.
