This Non Smoking Condo is located in the Heart of Osage Beach. Just minutes from all the shopping, nightlife, and fun for the whole family! One of the nicest golf courses in the area is located next door, or if you prefer, minutes away you can shop at the World Class Factory Outlet Mall with over 100 shops. Close by there are many restaurants to choose from ranging from casual to fine dining.
Our walk in Condo is meticulously maintained and cleaned. We have fully-equipped this Condo with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Queen-size bed and Queen-size sofa sleeper, fully-equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, patio furniture, and a gas grill so you can relax and enjoy the lake view while you barbecue from your own balcony. No Smoking and No Pets. Swim in the Lakeside Pool, or you can fish or swim from one of the many docks equipped with swim ladders.

We are Don and Karen Fawcett, owners of A Clean Getaway. We established our business in 2004.
Our mission statement:We take great pride in our condos to make sure they are always clean and well maintained.
The only thing you will need to bring, is what you want to eat and drink!
We don't think you should have to worry about bringing linens or having to clean our unit before you leave.
We just want you to enjoy your time away!

Why the Owner Chose Heron Bay
We own a boat and have always enjoyed being down at the lake. We wanted to have a place of our own to stay, so we thought we would extend our condo out to the public. We presently now own 3 condos in Heron Bay.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Close proximity to dinning, shopping, entertainment for the all family,golfing and fishing. Fish from the docks and some docks have crappie beds. You can either swim in the pool or take a plunge into the lake, all the docks are equipped with swim ladders. Or you may decide to take a way along the walkway around the lake or play a game of tennis.

This condo was wonderful! We had a great time at Lake of the Ozarks and will definitely be coming back. The condo made for such a comfortable stay and a wonderful view of the lake from our balcony! I was so glad to have found this condo rather than a hotel, much more private and peaceful. There was so much to do even during the off season and it was so nice knowing that we would be going back to such a wonderful condo. It was almost as if we were home. Thank you Don and Karen for lending out your condo to us.

This condo has everything you would ever need to make a great get-a-way. Street level entry makes it easy to access! Beautiful decor throughout and very clean. The deck over looking the lake is absolutely breathtaking. The owners were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit special. We will be coming back again and will highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for the great accommodations....

We were more than pleased with this lovely condo. It was immaculately clean, and very tastefully furnished......and of all the condos we have stayed in over the years, this unit is the best stocked one ever. There is nothing you need to bring with you.....it's all right at your fingertips. Our friends rented the unit right next to us and we all had a wonderful time. The area is beautiful and there is a great view from the patio (which has a really nice patio set as well as a big gas grill). We will definitely plan to stay here again when next we visit the area. Also, the owners are really nice people and couldn't seem to do enough to accommodate us. This place is a winner!

The condo is just great!! Tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture and you don't even have to bring your own coffee, tea or spices! The kitchen lacks nothing for making a great meal at home. The gas grill on the private deck cooks dinner in a flash (figuratively speaking, of course...). The deck overlooks not only the lake, but also the pool. That will be nice when we next visit with out ten year old. We will be able to keep an eye on her without actually being at the pool! The "Pit Stop" is within walking distance and has great food. Sycamore Creek golf course is a fun course - but stock up on balls at Walmart before hitting the course! Lots of water hazards! Right next door is a place to rent jet skies. All in all, a really nice place to vacation. Thanks!

We have stayed at lots of these units over the years and we have never been so impressed with the cleanliness and flexiblity of this unit's owner. No steps to negotiate because it's on the main parking level which makes it fantastic for us. The deck overlooking the cove is both private and clean even with a clean new grill to use, what a nice surprise that was. The location is very convenient to everything you could possibly want to do including a beautiful golf course practically next door. Our friends are sick of us talking about our experience but will be staying with us next time.

We really enjoyed our visit to Osage Beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very relaxing. Lots of shopping and restaurants within only a few minutes. We would love to stay in this condo again. We will refer our friends to this site too.
