Poolside Paradise is located at 68 Seacrest Beach Blvd W, Seacrest Beach, FL, 32413, in the Seacrest Beach Community! Our home is a 4BR/3BA home directly on the 12,000 square foot Lagoon Pool in Seacrest Beach.
On the first floor is a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (4 Twins) and a Queen guest bedroom with a shared bathroom. The full kitchen opens into the shared dining and living room. Just beyond the French doors is the back patio area which has a large gas grill, an outside dining table and a brick courtyard with access directly to the Lagoon Pool.
The 2nd Floor consists of 2 bedrooms with King Beds. The King Master Bedroom has a private bathroom and balcony as well as a sitting area and a day bed with a trundle. The Master bathroom has a double vanity with a Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. The King Guest Bedroom also has its own private bathroom and balcony overlooking Seacrest Beach Blvd.
Beach Rentals of Florida provides all concierge services through LiveWell Bikes and Concierge for our guests. This includes bike rentals, golf cart rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, beach fire setups, fishing charters (Gulf or Bay), kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant reservations and recommendations, mid stay cleaning if needed, spa services, etc. The list goes on and on. Beach Rentals of Florida can provide any service you need!
Direct flights available into Panama City Beach’s (ECP) new airport (only 20 minutes away) and Fort Walton Beach’s (VPS) airport (45 minutes away) now available from Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, Memphis, and Orlando! Remember to ask about LiveWell’s Airport Transportation to and from 30A!
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Except for a 3.9% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks and all credit cards.

Just spent a wonderful week at Poolside Paradise. The grandkids loved walking out the back gate and being at the pool. We also loved the private little patio in the back. It was a shady quiet place to enjoy an afternoon break. The house was clean and well maintained. We all loved the huge pool, being able to ride bikes around Seacrest, the tram rides to and from the beach, and of course the beach. We enjoyed lunch at George's, dinner at LaCocina, and of course two trips to the Sugar Shack. Loved the house and would recommend it for a great beach vacation.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Heather, To answer your questions: 1) My Daughter told me of your service. 2) You did very well before our arrival. I especially appreciated your offer to refund my deposit because of the oil situation. 3) The arrival was fine. No problem with getting the key and settleing in. 4) The stay was enjoyable. 5) Not only would I stay with you again, I've been telling my friends about the accomaditions. 6) I think the condition of the house was my bigest suprise. Everything was in good condition. You may use this and my name as a satisfied customer.

Hello, Everything was great. This was the 2nd time we stayed at the complex in the last 3 years. The reservation process and emails received were easy and concise. The house was clean and what we expected. We had a crib installed and there were no problems there. We were impressed with the lifeguards and their handling of the pool and safety. They were always nice and we liked that they asked for ID ,so to speak, making sure people were actually customers of the complex. Night security provided by Corpl. Wheat was great. He is a great guy and helped me out with a trailer that I brought down. He is very professional and helpful and treated that little situation fairly and with the utmost respect for a vacationer with babies. He gave me time and respect to deal with moving the trailer around. He is a wonderful human being. We would refer others to using you all for vacation. We would use you all again. Thanks!
