It has flat screen TV's and new tile floors. There are several pools, hot tubs and lots of entertainment in walking distance. There are one king and two queen size beds and a convertible sofa so there is plenty of room for everyone!There is a full service gym and spa they offer massage and they also offer excercise classes daily. there will be a small fee for the use of the gym either daily weekly or monthly.There are outlets, golf courses, and malls within a few miles.

We have stayed at the Kingston Plantation many times and have always rented through the Hilton. This time we decided to try renting through VRBO and were glad we did. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It rained the first three days we were there so we spent alot of time in the condo. There are three TVs so everyone could watch what they wanted. The kitchen was well stocked with the things I needed to cook all our meals. We had plenty of bath towels, sheets and blankets. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I like so we took the car but it was not inconvenient to do so. We were also able to fish in the pond which was right outside the room. The owner was very helpful with any questions I had. We received our security deposit back from him within 2 days after checking out. Our overall experience was excellent and we would gladly rent from him again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was beautifully decorated and very spacious. If they ever need a permanent resident, I'm their tenant...LOL...Loved it...did not want to leave.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Extremely clean well maintained, and cozy villa, just a short walk to the beach. Photos and description are accurate. One could not ask for a better place to stay in this part of Kingston. Transfer of keys was quick and easy. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and such. The quiet back deck was my favorite place to have breakfast and read the morning paper. I would highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay a for a week at Myrtle Beach. Look no further, yes, this is the place to stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.
