Treasure Island condo description

***Please Ignore The Calendar - We have 2 efficiencies***

***Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am!****
***If you are a smoker, please smoke well away from the front of our units. The AC's suck the air right in! :-)
***We have an exterminator come once a month in order to ensure that you don't have any unwelcome little guests during your stay. I'm only given about a 24 hour notice and always do my best to let you know that they will be there. They're in and out in 5 minutes and it is non-toxic to humans and animals.

This beautiful efficiency has been newly renovated in a distinctly Floridian style. Cable TV, internet, and local calls provided at no cost. Laundry facilities are provided on premises, please provide your own detergent. Treasure Island is centrally located close to all of the popular Gulf Coast beaches, including Redington Shores, St. Petersburg Beach, Clearwater Beach, and Fort Desoto Park.

Condo is fully remodeled with updated cabinets, tiles, bathroom fixtures, and lighting. There is a conjoining door to the other efficiency to accommodate a bigger party if needed. It is just minutes from Tampa International and Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airports. It is also very close to numerous major attractions.

If you have need for more space, we have a second efficiency that connects with a joining door. Almost a mirror image of this one. Please contact us for more information.

The condo is located in a very safe and secure neighborhood and about a 5-10 minute walk from John's Pass, an entertainment area. There is a community BBQ area and deck as well as a community washer and dryer. Condo is directly across the street from a boat launch and steps from the Gulf!

                      About the owner: My name is Alexis. My husband, John, and I own this condo. John is in the Army and I am an Air Force Reservist! We have a son named Sebastian who is our little miracle! We both love spending time outside at the beach and in the water. I also love crafts, reading, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family. We have 2 dogs (Daisy & Willow) and 1 cat (Aurora) who are so much fun. We also LOVE Disney (as you can see by our pet names)!!

                      Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island:
                      We chose to buy this property because we thought it was just perfect. It's in a very safe/quiet area and instead of being in a huge building is part of a 4 'house' set. To get to the beach you just walk out the door and down a wooden walkway...and you're there! The beach area there is never packed so you can always find a spot and the sunsets are nothing short of spectacular. It is also within walking distance to an entertainment area so that when we want to go out and have fun, we very easily can!
