Entering through an iron gate, as you ascend wooden steps to the front door of this 4 bedroom/4 bathroom beach home. As you enter, you will immediately notice the wooden floors and open inviting living room.
The home has two levels. The kitchen, living room, dining room, one bedroom, and bath are located downstairs. Throughout the lower level is hardwood flooring. Directly from the entrance is the kitchen, which has white appliances and lightly colored Corian countertops. Off the kitchen, is a white dining table with six red chairs. The living room has plenty of seating with a sofa, love seat, and chair. The gas fireplace with a marble hearth is a center point for the room. The main TV has cable and a DVD player. Off of the living room and also accessible from outside is a spacious screened in porch with a table and chairs.
Turning left and continuing down the hall once you enter will bring you to the bedroom on the first floor with a king bed. The room features a very large window, bathroom with a tub/shower combo, as well as a TV with a DVD player. The bathroom is also easily reached from the hall.
The second floor of the home is carpeted, and is home to three more bedrooms. Once climbing the stairs ahead of you is the third bedroom with two twins. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. When you continue down the hall to the left you will find the washer and dryer across the hall from the second bedroom. The second bedroom has plenty of natural light and is sea turtle themed. The room has a queen bed and a TV with a DVD player. The bathroom follows in the sea turtle them and has a tub/shower combo.
The master bedroom is at the far opposite end of the hall. The bedroom feels very spacious; it offers a large walk in closet and master bath. The master bath has a pocket door, double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a stall shower. The bathroom has windows up near the ceiling which allows natural light to pour into the bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, a lovely tray ceiling, and ceiling fan. It is home to a large TV and DVD player. A unique feature of the room is its private balcony that offers peaks of the ocean and outdoor seating.
