This stunning upside down house has three floors of spacious living. The lower level has a large guest bedroom, full bathroom with walk-in shower and a LARGE MEDIA room with plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a movie or sporting event.
The main floor has 2 guest bedrooms each with a queen bed, they share a jack and jill bathroom with high end natural stone and water works fixtures including a jetted tub and walk-in shower.
The MASTER SUITE has a beautiful FIREPLACE, two closets, luxurious master bath with high end natural stone, WATERWORKS fixtures including a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The washer and dryer are conveiently located in the Master Suite.

Best of all it is a 2 minute walk to the best beach on the Island. Bike around the Island from the bike path across the street, enjoy fishing or clamming from nearby Smith's Point or hop the shuttle bus into downtown Nantucket. All these activities are conveniently located near this amazing house.
Casual restaurant/pub and convenience store located a 2 min walk from the house.
