Plan a perfect vacation and stay with us at our five bedroom Seashell Chateau home. Our home is just across the street from the beach and has a great partial view. Enjoy the view from the living area or from the balcony that stretches across the front of the home. The sundeck on the third floor offers a bit of quiet from the rest of your group.
Our home is 2,676 square feet and accommodates up to 21 people for the ultimate beach escape. Hardwood flooring is through the living room, dining and kitchen area. Ten people can dine at the large dining room table and three people can dine at the kitchen bar area.
The beautiful beach is approximately 25 yards away from this Pensacola Beach vacation home.

Our home has 5 TV's, including a 46" LCD HD TV in Living Room & (3) 32" LCD HD TVs. We also have Premium Channels, Starz & TMC. If you must work while you are staying with us, we have Free WiFi throughout the home. The stereo has an Ipod docking station.
We have a BBQ grill for your use at our home to cook all of the fish you will be catching.
Make sure you bring your bicycles with you and explore the area by bicycle. Fort Pickens offers a glimpse back to the past.
For a day of fun on the water rent jet skis, parasail over the shoreline or take a dolphin cruise. Rent a sailboat and enjoy the area by boat or explore the water by snorkeling or scuba diving.
Pensacola Beach is a great family getaway from goofy golf, go carts to water sports you will find everything that you desire for great family fun and to create life long memories. Come visit with us at Pensacola Beach!

We spent a week in this home over the New Year's holiday with 4 generations of the family. The home is as spacious as advertised and was a wonderful for our extended family gathering. We have lived in the area for nearly 20 years and in my opinion this was one of the better values in terms of price and space available on the beach. Things we liked: - Walk out the door and the beach is just across the street - 5 bedrooms and 11 beds (including the 2 fold out couches and 3 daybeds) made plenty of room for everyone - Location 1 mile from Casino Beach was close enough to be convenient, but far enough from bars & party spots to be quiet and relaxing - Maintenance issues (electrical outlets not working) were resolved the same day Things we didn't like: - Some of the furnishings are showing wear (two broken dining room chairs, broken springs in living room couch) - The game room is not accessible from the rest of the house- it is in a separate room on the ground floor isolated from the rest of the house. Inconvenient for our children, so we didn't end up using it as much as we would have liked. - The kitchen has the basics, but is not particularly well-appointed. Again, for the price we paid, this was a lot of house and well worth the money we spent. Definitely would recommended it for large family gatherings.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
