Modern and comfortable, waterfront 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach house in South Bethany. This is a beautiful home with great water views and a boat dock for fishing and crabbing right out back. It is within walking distance to the guarded beach and is convenient to many local attractions. South Bethany is a quiet family beach area about two miles from the town center of Bethany and within easy driving distance to Rehobeth or Ocean City. There are great dining, shopping, recreation and beach activities close by.
The floor plan is inverted with the kitchen, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, a master bedroom, a screened porch and deck on the top level. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, including a second master, 2 full baths and two covered decks. There are TV's in every bedroom and a good selection of videos, books and games for our guest's enjoyment.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. While the house could accommodate multiple families, our family of three wasn't rambling around; we immediately felt right at home here. The access to the canal and beach were perfect. We could easily walk to the beach with our 5 year old and when we didn't want to walk, parking was a breeze with the pass. The rooms allow for multiple sleeping arrangements. We would recommend for friends, families with young children, and multiple families. A perfect place.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Rates
$2600/week July and August, $2,200/week June and Sept Weekly rates are for Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. There is an additional fee for rental tax charged by town. Towels are provided, sheets are not provided.

About the owner: My wife and I are the original owners of the property. We have been coming to South Bethany for over 30 years and built this home in 2001. We go to the beach house for our own vacations every chance we get. We hope that our guests will enjoy the home and area as much as we do.
