  Love the location of maui vista (I've stayed at this complex before, but different condo). Grounds are clean, BBQ area is great and everyone is so friendly. The pool area is a bit small, but there was always enough chairs (you can use any of the three pools so if it was busy you could try a different pool). Parking was always easy, never had an issue finding space for our rental car. The condo looks nice inside, however upon arrival I was less than impressed with the cleanliness of it. The mirrored closet doors in the bedroom were filthy, prints all over them. The glass shower doors were coated with hard water marks (I have Very hard water at home, and I have no trouble keeping my glass doors clean). I hung a towel over the shower doors to dry and when I took it off it was filthy (the top of the door had a thick layer if dust on it). The kitchen drawers had crumbs/seeds in them, and the living room chair had sand all over it. If we weren't paying $100 for a cleaning fee, I might have been less annoyed, but this left me more than a bit peeved. When I went to do laundry, I realized there was no cold water (I don't wash my clothes in hot water, so had to fill the washer from the kitchen sink and then wait around for the rinse cycle to fill it again). The fridge was leaking, and we came home to water all over the kitchen floor (and all through the fridge). When I called maui condo and car to report the issues (washer/fridge) I was told they knew about the problems. It would've been nice to have a notice left in the condo so that we didn't have to waste time trying to figure out the issues and then spend time phoning for something they were already aware of. When I did call, the condo telephone was so staticky that the guy asked if he could call me on my cell because he couldn't hear me. The couch had at least a half dozen tears in it, wasn't the most comfortable to sit on in bare legs. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the unit was pretty well stocked for cooking. I would absolutely recommend the maui vista, however I can't say I would stay at this particular unit again.

We apologize for the inconveniences the cleaning caused you and your family. With high season in full swing, and usually back-to-back reservations, we are unable to accomplish as many deep cleans as we would like to. Not that this is an excuse for the finger prints on the mirrors or dust on the top of the shower, but we will definitely strive to rectify the issues you brought to our attention. I am very sorry that there was not a note on the washing machine about the water; we used to have one and I will make sure that the note is replaced. We just received the part to fix the leak in the fridge. Being on an island, everything takes a bit longer to reach us here, but we try to stay on top of maintenance and repair issues as best we can, however that usually involves a wait time if there are parts needed. Once again, mahalo for your response. We will be working to get all resolved.

  This unit is just precious! It is very well decorated. The kitchen and everything in the unit is very well equipped. We love Maui Vista and this is one of the most comfortable units that we have stayed in. Our favorite beach in Kihei is Charlie Young and this unit is right across the street! The swimming pools are very nice. If you are coming to Maui you will be happy staying here!

  This was a great condo! Comfy bed, kitchen and bathroom totally remodeled and stocked with everything needed, tile floors...it was great. The best part was the proximity to the beach. It took less then 2 minutes for us to walk to the beach. That was great because some days I wanted to go to the condo but my girlfriend wanted to stay at the beach..or vice/versa. The pool there was great too, there are 3 in the resort so if 1 was busy we would just go to another. We met so many wonderful people BBQ'ing, everyone there was super nice, the resort super clean, and our condo was way over and beyond what we expected for the price!! We recommend this place to everyone!

  A good friend and I rented this condo October of 2011 and by far the best vacation that I've had when going to Maui and I have been there several of times. We stayed at hotels previously. This condo makes you feel like your right at home, very nice and upgraded with beautiful things, especially the pictures/paintings:) Everything that you will need, just bring yourself and a suitcase and stop off at the store for some goodies and grinds... Fully equipped kitchen which will save lots of money and you can enjoy an amazing home cooked meal as oppose to eating out every night. All the beach gear and an amazing beach right across the street in walking distance. I was truly amazed by the unit when we arrived. For the awesome price it was definitely more that I expected:) However the best part was their was a rental car included with this unit which was waiting for us upon arrival at the unit. To top it off it was a convertible, perfect for a beautiful day in Maui:) I would highly recommend this unit and looking forward to staying there again on our next visit that will be very soon. Definitely beats the hotel accommodations!

  My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our home away from Alaska in Maui. The Maui Vista condo was immaculate, conveniently located, and had all of the amenities we needed for relaxation and fun in the sun. The quiet condo area was conducive to morning breakfasts on the patio, family barbecues, and even gave us a rental car for our other excursions. We drove all around the island sightseeing and enjoying the 81 degree weather. Now, that we are home in 9 below weather, I wish we were back at Maui Vista!

  Easy check-in... The process of booking with Maui Condo and Car was VERY easy. I inquired, booked, and showed up to my condo! They made it very simple and easy for me. The unit had all the items we needed for our stay: beach towels, boogie boards, etc. It was perfect! We will be back without a doubt!

  This condo was sparkling clean upon arrival! My husband and I had a fabulous time here and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The check in process was very easy! I just needed to print out my reservation email and that was all I needed to walk straight in! Overall, we would recommend this unit to anyone! You will love it and love the complex!

  Everything went so smoothly, and I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation. From beginning to end, my rental experience was terrific. Reserving the condo was smooth and flawless. Communication from the owners was prompt and helpful. Upon arriving, the condo was very clean, and appeared just as it did in the online photos. The unit was supplied with great bedding, nice dishes and various beach toys that we appreciated. The unit also includes a washer/ drier and dishwasher, which adds to its efficiency. I was also pleasantly surprised by the nice view from the balcony. A lovely sunset over the West Maui Mountains can be viewed from the living room. The grounds of the complex are beautifully groomed. There's a lovely pool area, nice tennis courts and BBQ area with lights (for grilling in the dark). The beach is literally just across the street. You can enjoy the waves or the sunset at Charley Young's or you can learn how to surf and stand up paddle at Cove Park. Both of these beaches are in very short walking distance! The fact that this rental includes the use of a car is the icing on the cake! I would recommend this condo to anyone.

  We stayed at Marty and Christy's Maui Vista condo for 6 weeks and we loved it! The location is perfect and the condo was quite, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The free wifi was great and fast and reliable.The car was such an awesome value added option! The car saved us a ton of $$$ and worked perfectly and served our purposes great. Marty checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was ok during our stay which was very nice touch. You can't go wrong staying here. We will be back again for a longer stay.
