Only a few steps to the pool, the beach is only a five minute walk via brick-paved, tree lined paths, or let the beach shuttle carry you and your beach chairs to and from the beach! The first floor features a covered front porch with swings and seating for six, a large beautifully furnished living room with fireplace, built-in entertainment center,sectional queen size sleeper sofa, dining room with extending table to seat eight, fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating three,laundry room with washer,dryer and private beach entry, bedroom/den with queen size sleeper sofa,TV/VCR/DVD, and direct access to full bath. The rear entry porch includes a louvered storage area with beach chairs, beach and play equipment, four bikes, barbeque grill...everything you need to have fun! The second floor features two large beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with king-size beds, TV/DVD/VCR's, private balconies, baths. One of these bedrooms is designated the master bedroom with a private bath featuring a garden tub,glass enclosed shower, separate toilet room and large vanity with two sinks.In addition to its king size bed, the other second floor bedroom features a canopied daybed, which allows four to comfortably sleep in this bedroom. The third floor is the owners retreat with gulf views and features a large beautifully furnished bedroom with king-size bed,TV/VCR/DVD, private bath with jacuzzi tub/shower,private sunning deck with view of Gulf, breakfast seating area with wet bar/refrigerator, and covered front deck with view of pool and Gulf.
