Hollywood is a spectacular gulf front residence located in the Frangista Beach neighborhood on Scenic Hwy 98. This upscale residence features a private splash pool on the deck overlooking the beach that can also be heated. There is a private elevator that reaches all three floors. The first floor features a king bedroom with flat screen television and private bath as well as a wet bar. This room opens up to a spacious gulf front balcony with beach access and a splash pool. There is also a double bunk bedroom on this floor.
The second floor features a large living/dining area with custom kitchen and another gulf front balcony with spectacular views. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. There is also a bedroom located on this floor with a queen bed and private bath. The third floor features two additional bedrooms one of which has a queen bed and private bath. The spectacular master suite is also found on this floor. We had a wonderful stay at Hollywood! The house was located almost directly across the street from the outlet malls and was very centrally located to restaurants. We had 4 adult couples and 2 one year olds. The house was very nice and clean. We had some very minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately! The splash pool is located on the lowest level and overlooks the beach. It was the perfect size for 2 small children and a few adults to play in. Our little girl was not fond of the sand so we spent a lot of time in the pool and it was very nice to be able to see the ocean and the beach. You have you own personal beach access which made it very convenient to go back and forth from the beach with small children. I would definitely recommend Hollywood!. My only suggestion would be to increase the amount of drinking cups in the kitchen - we ended up buying a package of solo cups, which is not a big deal. I would stay here again!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children.

This house was in a great location, very clean and nice amenities. This house was right on the beach with only steps to the water! The staff was very helpful with every detail and any questions we had as well. The only thing that we were disappointed in was, in the pics that we were sent of the house, it showed another room with 2 loveseats that made beds, which we were going to use for 2 of the children but when we arrived that room was no where to be found. We were able to make it work with one other pull out sofa and still had a great time though. There is not much room for parking if you take 4 large vehicles like we did. We were parked bumper to bumper right up against the door. Those were minor things, overall the house and location and price were GREAT!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
