  My wife and I spent 5 nights at this great condo and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. From the friendly and helpful owners, to the great accommodations, everything was smooth and easy. The unit is perfect for a couple or a single looking for a relaxing vacation with all the amenities of home, and only a couple of minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches you can find. It is conveniently located close to everything in the Destin area and the Seascape Resort setting is great. We loved being able to sip coffee in the morning while sitting on the screened porch overlooking the lake, and the pools provide a great alternative to the ocean when you need a break from the sand and surf. We hope to be back again soon!

  Our family felt we were at our home away from home or renting from old friends in their condo. When the other families who had rented other Seascape condos saw our condo and heard about how wonderfully the condo owners were treating us, they were very jealous. They couldn't get over how much nicer our condo was than theirs was. You can tell that the condo owners pay attention to detail and have very good taste. The bathroom towels were plentiful and even smelled of Downy fabric softener. She didn't even skimp and use cheap toilet paper. The condo is located within walking distance of a nice pool and the beach. The back porch was screened in and we ate our breakfast outside every morning overlooking the lake. The next time we are in the area, we will rent from them again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The condo was very clean and very well kept. It was nicely furnished and the kitchen well stocked. There is a great view from the patio of the lake & golf course. We were delighted with the convenience to the beach and there was a pool very close by. The owners were so helpful and pleasant and even had breakfast food there for us when arrived. We enjoyed going for a long walk around the property each morning. Seascape is a beautiful area and a great place to relax. It is quiet there yet still convenient to restaurants, stores or anything you need. We would not hesitate to stay there again!
