Come relax on Seabrook Island with your family and friends in this bright, cheerful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located on Seabrook Island Road! Walk across the street to one of many boardwalks leading to Seabrook's beautiful beach!!! Relax on the porch swing or in one of the rocking chairs on the front veranda! This comfortable, welcoming home has been totally updated. High 18 foot ceilings in the family room/kitchen, granite countertops, new flooring, and new appliances complete this wonderfully appointed home. The kitchen table seats 10, with stools for an additional four at the large counter!
Enjoy the flat screen TV in the family room, play one of the many board games at the kitchen table open to the great room so everyone can socialize at once! Board games, books, DVD's, cards, bikes are all extras available for your use at this wonderful home!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, sliding glass doors to a balcony overlooking the golf course and a full bathroom attached. All bedrooms have sliding glass doors with balconies overlooking the 11th hole of the Ocean Winds course. The second and third bedrooms each have queen beds with a full bathroom separating the bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Downstairs is the 'game room' with a twin bed plus a trundle, flat screen TV, and a table for playing card or games. There is a full size washer/dryer for your use too.
An outdoor shower is great for washing off after a day at the beach! Enjoy the use of a charcoal grill too!
Access to the Seabrook Island Club is not available with this villa. Passes to the Lake House facilities - indoor (fee)/outdoor (no fee) pools and fitness center (fees) - are available.

Our family loved staying in this bright and cheerful beach haven! We had more than enough room to spread out, but really enjoyed being all together in the big open great room, dining space and kitchen. We loved being so close to the beach and really enjoyed sitting on the double porches after long days in the sun. This home is perfect for large extended family vacations. We will be back every year!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This home was a great place for us to bring our family to get married on Seabrook Island. We had plenty of room for our 5 teenagers, 1 nephew and mom to stay comfortably. The electricity was off the day we arrived due to an accident on island, but the home was still fully cleaned and ready for our arrival despite that. The beach walk is about 5-10 minutes - not quite as convenient as we had hoped, but still close enough to let our kids off on their own. The Kingtreet Grille in Freshfield village was our favorite (along with Starbucks of course!) but Reds Ice House was a great place to watch the boats in the marina too!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
