This highly upgraded Maui Kamaole condo is a front row end unit with an unobstructed view of the ocean and North Maui Mountain. It is the largest condo in the entire complex and is unique! Others have an open loft for the 2nd bedroom. Ours is enclosed and private. One bathroom has an extra large (3.5 X 5.5 ft.) tiled walk-in shower. We also have complimentary local and long distance phone service to the U.S. mainland and Canada as well as an unlimited high speed internet connection.
The yearly rated complex (Automobile Club Assoc. 3-Diamond rating) features two tennis courts (no fee)and two pools with spas in a low rise setting on 23 acres of a tropical setting. It is one of South Kihei's newest first-class rated properties. You can watch the sunsets and even whales from our lanais and enjoy harbor lights at night!
Kamaole Beach III is a protected sandy beach with swimming, snorkeling, grassy areas and is only a 3 min. walk away. We are the closest to Wailea with many excellent restaurants (inc. Spago, Ruth Chris))and resorts (Four Seasons, Grand Wailea)nearby. It is also minutes away from renowned golf courses and shopping (Shops at Wailea). Enjoy the better weather in the prime South Maui area and watch the famous Maui sunsets while dining from our lanai all year long! There is prime whale watching in our bay during the season and you don't even have to leave the unit!
This upper end-unit with loft ceilings has been professionally decorated and is absolutely stunning! Deluxe features include side-by-side refrigerator with ice server (crushed or cubes)and filtered water, wine cooler, Maytag full-size side by side washer and dryer, three TV's including a 50" Panasonic plasma TV in the living room, DVD/VCR, and a 50 CD player with a large library of CD's and movies. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. It has all the comforts of a luxury home.
Your own parking spot is reserved for this unit. Ocean and sunset views of Lanai and Kahoolawe are impressive off the main lanai (one of three). One bedroom lanai also offers some ocean view. It is completely furnished with full kitchen utensils, three air conditioning units control different zones. THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL RENTAL! One Cal King and two queen beds make up bedding. We had the pleasure of staying at Jim and Don's condo in Mid-August. From the first minute we felt at home and comfortable. Having the loft upstairs was wonderful for our 2 kids(and us). We couldn't wait to get home every night to watch the sunset from the lanai. It is so close to everything we needed, including grocery stores, beaches, shopping and surfing lessons! We had the concierge desk set up a few things for us and they were fantastic. This is the nicest condo we have stayed at on Maui and we can't wait to return in the near future.

We had the pleasure of staying at Jim and Don's condo for a wonderful 11 nights. We have 2 daughters, aged 11 & 12 who absolutely loved the seperate upstairs bedroom and bathroom. They enjoyed their privacy. We enjoyed the spacious main floor areas including the large and comfortable king bed. The views were spectacular from the lanai. We enjoyed being at the South end of Kehei which offered quiet nights. The unit was very clean and very well maintained. The grounds at Maui Kamaole were also well maintained and the workers were always very friendly. We even had the pleasure of meeting Don as he was around to replace one of the air conditioning units. Don was very respectful of our privacy and did the work while we were out of the unit enjoying the island. We've stayed in Waikiki before, but nothing compares to the beaches of Maui! The unit also provided beach chairs and boogie boards, which our daughters used daily. The unit had everything you could need for staying in and dining, but we chose to dine out daily at the many wonderful restaurants that the island had to offer. We look forward to staying here again in the future and hope the unit is available upon our next visit. Mahalo Don and Jim.

We have nothing but the highest praise about our stay at Jim and Don's. The minute we (two adults and two children, 10 and 15) walked in the door, we said "wow". The condo is so big, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The location is also in the best place on Maui because it is so central and the beach is a block away. Jim and Don made it so easy to book their condo and provided us with perfect instuctions, many helpful ideas about what to do on Maui, etc. We were able to easily drive to many places while there; the best outing was the snorkel trip to Molikini. Jim and Don thank you. We will be back!

Our family stayed in this condo for two weeks this summer. The reservation process was simple. We enjoyed many of your restaurant recommendations. We had a truly memorable and relaxing vacation. This condo is truly incredible. It is beautifully decorated, has every amenity you could think of, and has an amazing ocean view. The condo is close to shops, restaurants, beaches, and sight seeing. My husband even got to watch the USA vs GHA World Cup soccer match on your HDTV. My daughters loved the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. We spent one morning photographing all the beautiful tropical flowers on the beautiful and well maintained grounds. The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking! We enjoyed boogie boarding at Kam III beach. The highlight of our vacation was a snorkeling trip to Lanai where we saw the endangered False Killer Whale dolphins. We have already recommended your place to our family and friends. Mahalo Jim and Don for sharing your home with us.

The condo was great, everything you could need or want was at hand. The view was magnificent and the grounds were beautiful and peaceful, the kids loved the pool that was a bit more of a walk, but not bad and completely worth it. Thanks for the awesome accomodations, we will definitely be back.

You can stop searching ................ Jim and Don's condo is a slice of Paradise. The lanai begs you to stay all day. Furnishings and ammenities are beyond what you see or could imagine. Everythihng we needed for beach outings was waiting for us as well as anything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. Spotless upon our arrival and beautiful and quiet throughout the grounds. The location is ideal ....... just far enough from the center of "town" to be retreat-like, yet an easy walk to restaurants, groceries, beaches, shops, and even the public transit bus. JIm and Don were a pleasure to work with and obviously take great pride of ownership of this lovely space.

The view from the lani is awesome the Sunsets were breathing take and the whale watching was great as well. The BBQ'S are close to the Condo the Guy's enjoyed cooking for us. Thank you so much for this condo. It was absolutely perfect. The location allowed us to play all day and have a wonderful rest at night. We all loved those comfortable beds!!! Our older teen daughters had sooo much space while in the condo and we all felt 100% safe here. What a wonderful condo, it was like staying in a luxury resort except there was much more room. We live in Hawaii and we were impressed with the exceptional view overlooking the beach and ocean. Beautifully decorated, luxurious with a fully equipped kitchen that had every amenity. For the price of a decent hotel room, our family of 4 was able to have memorable stay in Maui. It is evident that the owners take tremendous pride in their property.
