Do you ever just need to get away from it all? This rental is PERFECT for families or even couples. My sister and me arrived a couple of days in advance prior to our spouses and were so pleased with EVERYTHING! The cabin was very clean and was fully equipped from pots & pans to laundry detergent! What a view! We were so happy to enjoy the fresh air coupled with the beautiful back porch and we really enjoyed the way the game room as well as the master bedroom opened onto the deck. Once our husbands arrived we were pleased to find that Pigeon Forge was litterally down the road. We took in the sights then headed back to the cabin for some hot tub and fire place time! It was so nice to kick back with a cozy fire while watching netflix. Looking forward to going back in the spring! I hope you find this review helpful and I am confident you will have a FANTASTIC time. It is ideal for a fun family get away or a romantic trip!

We had a wonderful time! The cabin is located in a quiet area with mature trees and plenty of privacy. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings however were close enough to all the activities Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer! After a long day hiking with the kids, we were glad to return and soak our weary bodies in the hot tub, however the kids were just as excited about playing on the pool table! We will definitely be staying again over the summer during our visit to Dollywood and Splash Country. Completely recommend, A+.

A wonderful getaway

My wife and I have stayed here twice and are coming back for a third time next week. The cabin is very peaceful and quiet. the neighborhood is great for an evening stroll. The rooms are spacious and it has all the amenities you could ask for in a vacation escape. It is reasonably priced and is located just the right distance from town to be close yet far enough to be away from the congestion and noise. We got snowed in on our first time here but had no worries as we had everything we needed. We have been coming to the smokies for many years and stayed many places. This is our our favorite and will be coming back here from now on. Sandra is a dream to work with and was always determined to make our stay fantastic.

I stayed 3 nights with my husband and 2 teenagers and loved it.we were a little leary reading a bad review but found nothing described by other reviewer.It was a great location to attractions in pigeon forge like dollywood,and minutes from the main roads to pigeon forge and gatlinburg.We enjoyed the privacy of the cabin and sat on the front deck and enjoyed the peaceful mountain air in the woods.the kids played with the pool table with their father as I relaxed in the jacuzzi in our bedroom.we never had a chance to sit in the outside hot tub,but plan to go back again this summer to do some hiking(maybe without the kids this time).This was a nice change from the hotel/motels we normally stay in.

Cabin was very filthy. We took pictures and will share them. Couch was very saggy and unfit the sit on. The one chair in living room was broken - called owner and told her we were unable to stay there and asked for a partial refund. Never heard from owner. Large hole in living room floor down to the outside. Unable to use tub or showers - very rusty and dirty. Had to buy a tub mat to stand on. Hardly any dishes or utensils. Microwave door was hanging. Refrigerator bins were broken and appliance was leaking. Countertops were dirty and rings of dried food on them. No cover on bathroom fan - very rusty and showers, tub, shower curtain were full of mold and mildew. We arrived at dark and could not find the driveway as it was covered over with fallen leaves. Steep driveway - should have blown the leaves off. Kitchen drainer was full of matted hair and food. Jets in tub were all rusty and full of gunk. We left one night early as we suspected bed bugs. TV in bedroom did not work at all. Pool table had two balls missing. There was a jar that said "Complimentary coffee" and there was only a spoonful of coffee in it. Hit and miss dishes and utensils. It was honestly the most terrible place we have ever seen for a rental. We truly feel that we are due a refund.

Owner response:There are no bed bugs. there is no hole in the floor The sink drains were clean It is fall, I can't blow the leaves off of the driveway every hour or so. Get real The door on the microwave is not sagging There are plenty of pots, pans and utensils. ( I even offered to bring anything else they needed) The refrigerator is fine and no broken drawers. They may have been misaligned The tubs and sinks are stained from the iron in the well water. I did explain that they were scrubbed and clean. I did check the couch and discovered a broken leg. I have no way of knowing these things unless a customer tell me. I screwed it back on and fine now. The tv I also did not know about. I checked and it works?? I switched dates for them, even tho it was last minute and I could not re-rent. They wanted me to lose another weekend rental income. If their complaint was valid, I would have refunded. It is too bad one person can ruin years of building up good responses. Also, I did not appreciate being screamed at.
