This Lake Cliffe unit is on the second floor. It has many nice upgrades and one of the most beautiful view of Lake Dillon and the mountains.

This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite has a King bed with television/DVD combo and a VHS player. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The deck has a propane grill and seating with spectacular views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. The spacious living room has a lot of comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room table has seating for 6, along with the snack bar for 2 people. The washer and dryers are located in the basement of the building. Lake Cliffe is close to restaurants, post office, marina, lake, live theater, movie theater, grocery store, shopping and bowling alley. It is wIthin walking distance of most things. It is 5 minutes to Keystone and A basin. 20 minutes to Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 40 minutes to Vail. It is located 1 mile from 1-70. This condo is in a perfect location. The clubhouse has a large indoor salt water pool and two hot tubs, showers and bathrooms.
In the summer time you are just 1 block away from the Farmer's Market every Friday. This condo is also right behind the Marina, Lake Dillon, Playground/Park and Amphitheater with live bands every Saturday evening. Keystone is just a 5 minute drive with lots of summer activities as well.
Dillon is the perfect place to be. It is in the middle of 5 ski resorts. (Loveland, Keystone, A basin, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge) It is a 40 minute drive to Vail.
The clubhouse has a large pool with two hot tubs. One hot tub is kept hotter than the other one. This clubhouse also has showers and restrooms. It is located in front of the condo building for a short walk. There is a combination code on the refrigerator you will need to use to get into the clubhouse.
