  I enjoyed a wonderful week at this apartment in early May. It was delightfully comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the owner, Aarti, was wonderfully responsive to all of my needs and questions. She even arranged a car service to pick me up and deliver me back to Charles De Gaulle. The apartment is well situated next to the Metro which made traveling about the city very easy, and it is also within a half block of a Monoprix market, perfect for picking up a bottle of wine to enjoy while gazing at the Eiffel Tower light show at night! The Sunday and Wednesday Marche' Grenelle is truly right at your doorstep, and the Champ de Mars, Invalides, Rue Cler and the Musee Rondin all within a good walk. Do beware, this is a 2nd floor (European) apartment, which means two flights of stairs- a bit of a challenge after a long day of walking the streets of Paris if you are "of a certain age".

  This was a wonderful apartment to stay in for our first trip to Paris. My daughter and I loved the neighborhood with its many stores and cafes and the easy access to the Metro. There is a street market right in front of the apartment on Weds. and Sundays which was amazing. We enjoyed all the sights of Paris and it great to be able to come home to our cozy apartment at the end of each day. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony was worth the whole trip! The apartment was as described, clean and had everything we needed. Although we did not get a chance to meet Aarti, she was very helpful with all our questions and had clear information about how everything worked. Even a great list of nearby restaurants! We used the Driver service that Aarti recommended and it was well worth it, to be picked up at the airport and have your luggage taken care of for you, especially since we were tired from our long flight. Claude, our driver, was very pleasant and even help us practice our French. We would highly recommend this apartment to any of our friends and hope to stay there again some time soon.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this chic apartment; it was very well located,with a view of the Eiffel Tower, Metro station nearby, and markets, cafes, and bakeries all within a block. As a special bonus, there is a wonderful Farmer's/craft market every Sunday and Wednesday right in front of the apartment. Aarti was very pleasant to deal with from our initial communication until the end of our stay.She was a wonderful resource for places to go, restaurants, etc.,and she patiently answered all of my questions! She arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, and Robert was one of the nicest people we met in Paris. The apartment had a phone and wi-fi, which made it very convenient.. I would recommend this apartment to anyone--I hope to come back again someday!

  A fantastic way to experience Paris. Great neighborhood, easy access to transportation anywhere in the city, local flavor with shops and farmers market, very comfortable apartment, felt like home. Sitting on the balcony with wine, cheese, and fresh bread watching the world go by was worth the trip. Fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower. Aarti is a great host and goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  Owner was in contact all the time and made my stay more easier. She was very helpful providing directions and restaurant references. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Few steps to the train station La Motte Picquet, Supermarket, Shopping Store, Pharmacy, restaurants, everything, etc....Secure place. Very nice view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. This is a perfect place to stay and commute to see Paris.

  Just wanted to provide a quick review and endorsement of this lovely apartment in Paris. From the very beginning, my dealings with the owner were outstanding, professional and very helpful. The apartment was nicely appointed, clean and with many new/modern amenities. My wife and I were accompanied by our young son, who enjoyed the pull-out bed in the living room, while the parents had their own separate living quarters. The kitchen and appliances were all new and this made for fast, easy and pleasant cooking and dinning. Excellent cable/internet and free calls to the US! The area, close to Eiffel Tower and the Metro, was super. In fact, with views of the Tower, I enjoyed taking early morning runs around the park. A must for walkers or runners; no tourists and the light in the early hours is breathtaking. Forget the hotel! Stay in Paris and experience it the way you should, like a local! Thanks Aarti for everything. A great experience and no problems.

  There is nothing to remind you you’re in Paris like a view from your balcony of the Eiffel Tower. This sweet one-BR apartment has this view and more. We stayed at Aarti’s beautifully decorated property for a week in April when we ran the Paris Marathon. It was super-convenient to the Champs de Mars for warm-up runs before the race and the Motte-Picquet metro stop just a block away was perfect for getting directly to the Arc de Triomphe start on race day. There are lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood, including our favorite, Carmine’s on the Avenue de Suffren that we had come to enjoy when we rented Aarti’s studio apt for a month last September. And if you need a fix of American coffee, Starbuck’s is right around the corner. The bed was a warm, fluffy duvet and there are plenty of soft towels. Once a week cleaning is included in the price. Having a washer/dryer combo was quite convenient and the kitchen (with a large fridge) was terrific. As before, Aarti and her husband, Prakesh, were extremely helpful with anything we needed and they live close by which provided a nice feeling of security if we had any questions. The price is quite reasonable, especially if you rent for longer stays. We love both Aarti’s properties and hope to rent them again on future trips to our favorite city in the world.

  We stayed at the apartment for a week in February, and loved it. The location is terrific, as other reviewers have pointed out. And the view is simply spectacular!!! You are just a short walk away from La Motte Picquet - Grenelle metro, and immediate access to lines 6,8 and 10. They will get you to most parts of the city in a snap. Numerous shops and great restaurants are within walking distance, and Aarti will give you great advice on your options. The street market takes place twice a week on Blvd. de Grenelle, and numerous shops and boutiques are a few minutes away on Rue du Commerce. The apartment is immaculate and tastefully decorated, and as another reviewer said the building is very quiet and secure. The neighborhood is extremely safe as well. We walked back to the apartment after midnight a couple of times. And of course the view of the Eiffel Tower from living room will be a lasting memory of this beautiful apartment. If you visit Paris, and want and memorable Parisian stay, I would definitely recommend the Chic Eiffel Apartment!!!

  Loved the apt and the view was fantastic!! It turned out just the way we wanted not being in the hotel but rather live like the Parisians live. Very convenient to get around due to Metro line right by the apt. which btw is not noise. It has rubber wheels and don't make much noise at all. Monoprix (dept store / grocery store) is right at the corner and you can make your own meals if you wish. Great restaurants near by and if you don't like it then just hop on the metro and go else where. Apt location was close enough that you can actually walk to middle of downtown Paris!! Down side is the size of the apt. but that was expected being a small city with lots of history and great architecture!! We would definitely stay at Aarti's apt. again!!
