Cottage is one of 10 that share a private fresh water beach with a dock with rowboats and a swim platform. Also includes access to the playroom, horseshoes pits, and basketball courts.

Recently remodeled, it features lofty cathedral ceilings, central fireplace, hardwood floors and a roomy bathroom with a full tub. Includes charcoal grill, coffee maker, gas stove/oven, full refrigerator, microwave and fully equipped kitchen. WiFi access.

Had a excellent week, very good location for kayaking, biking and walking. Very close to national seashore beaches as well as chatam. Little road noise not too bad. Cottage was very clean.

Surrounded by beauty.

It’s hard to capture the true beauty of this pond in pictures. This cottage has the most serene view of the water looking through a magnificent grove of trees. The access to the rowboats was a bonus. If you are a birder, bring your binoculars! We saw a number of different species. But the family of Green Herons were a highlight! The cottage may be smaller than some, but the high ceilings and the abundance of natural light makes it incredibly comfortable. And the sunrise view through the picture windows is breathtaking! The location of the cottages in relation to other cottages is ideal. It really does feel quiet and private. And the cottage is very close to auxiliary parking and the game room if you need access to those. And you are just a quick walk to a charming shared beach with a swim platform and dock! We really enjoyed our stay and we would absolutely consider staying again!

Wonderful Cottage

We stayed here a week in October. Previous reviewers have said what I would say - wonderful well equipped cottage, lovely view, quiet despite being close to Route 6. In October, boats and dock had been brought in for the winter so we were unable to enjoy them. Heating system kept us comfy on cool nights. Communication with owner was great.

Treehouse with a view

Staying in this cottage is like staying in a treehouse, surrounded by trees. The view of the pond (through the trees) is beautiful at every time of day and in every type of weather. The location is terrific for access to the bay and the ocean. And the owner was quick to respond to questions.
