  3 kids stayed in the master. My husband and i along with a baby(pack n play) in other room....plenty of room. WAY bigger than pics show. great living room space. Easy walk to the park /bay for the kids. 5min drive to mission beach and the rides. Great garage parking(just careful garage closed on our car while unloading, on a 5min timer) the house was clean and we felt comfortable there. great views from the windows. We grilled one night on the rooftop deck, very nice! plenty of towels, sheets, pillows.i did bring a crock pot that i love using on vacation so im not in the kitchen all night cooking. all kitchen stuff available, pots and pans can definitely be replaced(but they work) If you have small kids, we brought a plastic tablecloth for under the kitchen table since the entire house is blue carpet. We had a GREAT time and would DEF reccomend this rental and will definatly return there in the future.

  We stayed for 11 nights in Feb 2013. We loved: the location, the size of the condo and the garage parking. The condo itself had everything we needed, and even had a stroller for us to use. In general, we love the proximity to places of interest, most of all the proximity to the playground and beach. It was a great homebase for our family vacation. We love the use of the bbq on the rooftop. They were very accomodating with our late checkout, much appreciated!!! Things that we didn't care for are: all the light switches were on a motion sensor, and I understand the principal behind why the owner decided to do it but it was VERY annoying having to get up from the sofa or the dinning room every 3 mins to wave in front of the motion sensor so we can have light in the room. Unless you like dinning or watching/reading in pitch black the motion sensor was a real pain. The garage door was also on a timer so watch out! I think what we paid was very economical for the value of the property. Definitely would recommend the place especially for a family.

  There were 6 of us that stayed here and we LOVED this place. The place was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was awesome. Yeah the elevator was pretty scary but we only used it for our luggage. They even have beach stuff in the garage (too bad it was cold when we were here) We are looking forward in our future stay :)

  We spent one night here and had a wonderful time. We contacted Adrienne the week of our arrival and asked for a one night stay as a last minute reservation. Usually there is a two night minimum stay. She was very accomnodating. The condo was HUGE! Clean and very comfortable. The upstairs shared deck was a great place to watch the Sea World fireworks show. We also saw groups of people walking down to the bay which was another great viewing spot. We found the fireworks schedule online. The beach is just a block away and had a great playground with near by bathrooms. The water was shallow and no waves. Great place for small kids. The building is on the older side but dont let the exterior fool you. The condo is very clean and updated. But avoid the elevator. Its old and frankly a little scary. Rode it once and did the short 1 flight of stairs after that. Parking was not a problem after 5pm. There where plenty of spots. Overall a great place.

  We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of room in this condo. Great access to the Zoo, Sea World and other locations. Nice having a washer & dryer too. Easy walk to beautiful, clean beach on the bay. Plenty of towels, blankets, pots, pans, etc. Garage a little tight, I don't think an SUV will fit. We would recommend this place.

  We had a great vacation at this property. It was only a short two blocks to a beautiful beach that was calm and perfect for the kids to play in the sand and water. The playground was also right there. Close to Sea world, the airport and a Crossfit gym. It was also about 5 blocks away from a great little grocery store (Sprouts) that had a lot of organic goods for a very reasonable price. The place had everything we needed but the BBQ was broken. The place was a little old but was clean and maintained. The beds were alright and it had a nice TV in the living room. We really liked the fact that we could park in the garage. We would return to this condo if we were in the area again. We had no problems booking and gaining access. The whole process was smooth.

  We just returned from a great week in the San Diego area. This condo was perfect for our needs. We are a family of 5. We have 3 teenage daughters. One bedroom was amply large enough for them and the other was perfect for my husband and me. 2 baths was great! It was very clean and neat. We enjoyed it much better than a suite at a hotel. Location was great! Running on the boardwalk at Mission Bay was wonderful(only a block away.) Adrienne, the real estate agent, was very helpful and professional. The only problem we encountered upon arrival was a burned out light bulb which she replaced immediately! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
