The two-level beachfront Penthouse Suite #401 offered here occupies the prime location on the property. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bathroom and opens onto a wonderfully large deck with plenty of room for sunning, dining and relaxing. The second bedroom has 2 double beds with a large bathroom that includes a jacuzzi bathtub. A long balcony runs the length of the two beachfront bedrooms and the most spectacular sunrises can be viewed from anywhere on the balcony or deck. Downstairs, off the main entry, there is the kitchen, a large living room and dining room along with a third full bathroom. Two of the three couches can be converted into futon double sized beds. Balconies line the living room and dining room and wrap around to another spacious deck. Dine outdoors on one of the decks that overlook the bay and the beautiful swimming pool or relax on a chaise lounge watching cruise ships anchor offshore.
The Penthouse suite is not handicap accessible. Although the entry to the penthouse is on the 4th floor, access by elevator is ONLY to the 3rd floor at the front of the hotel and a small set of stairs must be climbed to enter the suite. It is extremely private with only one other suite on the 4th floor penthouse level.
A magnificent place to stay for a few days or a few months!

My husband and I brought our family to Cabo to celebrate the New Year together. By far one of the best New Years Eve celebrations ever. This place was immaculate and by far the best seat in the house for the fireworks show. I know this is something my grandchildren will remember for the rest of their lives. The owner gave us such great tips which helped more than I can say!Recommended for: Families with young children.

The Penthouse Suite was even better that we expected. It was fantastic. We enjoyed the views, the suite, the pool, the beach, the walk to restaurants and the marina. I cant wait to go again. Time has flown since our return from Cabo, but I wanted to send you a note to thank you for making your property available to our family for the five nights we were down there. It ended up being perfect, with its nice appointments and modern amenities. Maybe one of the best parts was being able to chill out together as a family in front of a movie after spending all day in the sun. Certainly enough space where nobody felt like they had to get out of there. Thanks again. We hope we have the opportunity to rent your place again. All the best. My wife, two teenage daughters and I spent a week at this great property in February 2012. The penthouse was just as represented (I like that Leanne uses her own pictures). It is a perfect place if you want separate bedrooms and the luxury of an apartment-like space. It was also very nice having all of the amenities of the resort but renting through VRBO. The staff at the resort was great. Leanne was very responsive and fantastic to work with from start to finish. This was our first time in Cabo and all of her recommendations were great. We would definitely rent this property again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I have visited this beautiful penthouse several times over the past couple years. We LOVE it here!! Its a quick and easy plane ride from our home in Los Angeles. The location of resort property is perfect with easy access to wonderful restaurants, shopping, beach activities, harbor and town. The penthouse is GORGEOUS!! (the pictures don't do justice). There are beautiful vistas from every room. Most nights we made our own meals and enjoyed dining on our terrace watching the whales and sunsets. Its well equipped with all the conveniences of home. Penthouse, pool and grounds are immaculate in every aspect. The owner is very helpful (her insights on restaurant choices, details of the resort, taxis to/from airport, etc. proved to be most helpful) and accurate in the property description and amenities. We will definitely go there again and again...wish we were there now!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Hi Leanne, I want to thank you so much for renting us your lovely penthouse in Cabo. It was the "BEST TIME EVER" and your place is absolutely wonderful. My brother, sister and 15 year old daughter can't stop talking about it. I think every day my daughter says she wishes she could be back in Cabo. She even likes it better than the Atlantis in the Bahamas. I have been many places, but your place and location has been the best ever. Everything we ever wanted or needed was right there. Loved this two story oceanfront penthouse suite!!! The views from every window and patio were wonderful. The combined living/dining room area was spacious and comfortable. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. We just returned from our best Cabo vacation ever. The suite was impeccable, housekeeping never missed a thing, room service food was always delivered hot, the restaurants were beyond our expectations, delicious. The best part of the experience was working with the owners. They responded to every inquiry within hours. Lots of their personal suggestions for restaurants, etc. Someday, we're going back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
