  I highly recommend this home for families, as we just came back from a 2 weeks vacations and this condo was great, clean, quiet, secure, comfortable, affordable, well equipped and decorated. Se você está procurando um local para passar as férias em Orlando, eu realmente recomendo este apartamento. O anúncio está perfeitamente correto com a realidade. Somos de Porto Alegre e fizemos o aluguel pelo site, direto com a proprietária. O contrato foi redigido de forma clara, e não tivemos qualquer transtorno nem decepções, muito pelo contrário. O pagamento ocorre pelo Paypal e não encontramos motivos para desconfianças, tudo foi cumprido. O apartamento está muito bem mobiliado, confortável e com tudo que se necessita. A cozinha é ótima e completa, o sofá-cama fica perfeito para crianças, há wi-fi gratuito disponível e TV a cabo. O wi-fi é ótimo para usar skype e checar emails. De carro, não se demora mais que 15 minutos até os parques, de manhã. Após as 10 horas, pega-se um pouco de trânsito, mas aceitável. Logo no acesso ao condomínio encontram-se mercados, posto de gasolina e conveniências, restaurantes e fast-food. A piscina do clube é muito boa, crianças adoram, e tem uma ótima atmosfera para relaxar. Recomendo a todos que procuram um local de bom custo x benefício, com a confiança de que o que for prometido no site é o que realmente será entregue.

  Nous avons été agréablement surpris à notre arrivée de séjourner dans un espace aussi extra !!! WOW !!! Etant l'expression unanime de chacun de nous. On retrouve tout ce que nous avons besoin à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Commentaire de la part des enfants; le divan super confortable...et pour nous également avec le lit. La propreté et les facilitées du site fait en sorte que notre séjour fut encore plus agréable. La proximité des parcs, routes et magasins divers a été aussi très apprécié tout au long des vacances. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander votre condo et si nous voulons retourner à Orlando, évidemment nous reprendrons contact avec vous. Nous tenons à souligner votre disponibilité qui fait que nous nous sommes sentis beaucoup plus à l'aise de pouvoir compter sur vous et la rapidité avec lequel vous nous répondiez. Ce fut très apprécié. Merci encore pour avoir fait que notre séjour fut mémorable sans oublier la fameux Chateau de Poudlard que nous avons visité 5 fois au grand plaisir de fans.   My husband and I just arrived from a golf vacation in Orlando and I must say that Sylvie's condo exceeded our expectations. What you see in the photos is what you get.This condo is extremely well maintained, very clean and nicely decorated. We felt just like home. The pool area was great! The instructions received prior to our arrival from Sylvie were very clear and helpful. The condo is very well located in a beautiful quiet gated community and is easy to get to. Our only regret is not having spent more time there. Will most definitely return.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
