Our spacious and comfortable Timberline condominium faces Lake Dillon and has just been completely re-decorated in August, 2006 - new carpet, new paint, new curtains, elk chandalier, new television and dvd player and furniture. We enjoy the 'lodge' look and have decorated with items from our personal collections. Enjoy your coffee or hot chocolate from the log swing on our large deck or dine outside in summer. Ground floor, corner unit, faces south-west.
Central to a number of ski areas - Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Loveland or Ski Cooper (where the 10th Mountain Division trained), Dillon is central to Summit County's year round activities - skiing, hiking, bicycling, golf, sailing and much more. Restaurants and shops, outlet shopping, Silverthorne Recreation Center (indoor pools, hottubs, exercise and track), cinema, Dillon Amphitheater with free concerts and events, summer Farmer's Market, Dillon BBQ in August and other Summit County events. This was the third year we stayed in this wonderfully located condo. The view of the lake and all its activities is the best, especially with the mountains as a backdrop. This unit has nice large size rooms and is artfully decorated with lovely accessories, accents and pictures. We feel very much at home here. The kitchen is fully equipped with many new utensils, pots/pans and small appliances. Everything is clean and fresh looking. The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. It is conveniently located within walking distance of several popular restaurants and post office. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time here and hope to return in the future.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great Condo!! This was our second stay at Condo #2861 in Dillon! Condo is furnished in true Colorado Mountain Decor! Really nice, pictures are a accurate to all details, beautiful view of the Lake, we have only stayed in the Ski Seasons , but this would also be great in the Summer months, being right on the Lake Dillon. Great location for all the Ski Resorts, Resturants, great Grocery Stores, Ski Rental, etc., walking distance from the Condo. Definely would recomend to others! We are staying again, our 3rd time this February 2012 for Skiing Again!!!! Also, the owner is great to work with!!! Thanks!!!

For the last 2 summers we have stayed at this condo. Not only is the condo beautifully updated inside but the view is amazing and the location is perfect. On Friday's they have a local farmer's market which is in walking distrance from the condo. On Friday and Saturday evenings there is a concert series at the amphitheatre which is also in walking distance. You can even here the music from the outside patio if you prefer. We have rented bikes and rode to around the lake to Frisco for lunch, and the town of Breckenridge is just 30 minutes away by car. We are planning on going there again this summer. Best deal around!
