The Estate consists of a Carriage House with five Bedrooms, five Baths, Kitchen, and Common Area. A spacious Main House with four Bedrooms and three Baths. Amenities include a 20 foot by 40 foot heated pool with adjoining eight-person hot tub and Cabana with a Wet Bar, changing area and half bath with outdoor shower. And Docks for five boats on the Intercoastal Waterway.
