Rules you should know
•NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests agree to be responsible for any and all losses and/or damages to this rental property.
•KEYS & WRISTBANDS The keys and/or wristbands that you may be issued must be returned as you will be instructed to do. There is a $125.00 lost key charge for any unreturned key and $25.00 for each non-returned wristband .
•CANCELLATIONS: All reservations cancelled are subject to loss of deposit. Entire rent due will be forfeited if unit is not re-rented for lease term.
•RENTAL DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required on all reservations, a reservation made within 30 days of arrival date will require payment in full. All payments must be made by credit card and is due at time of making reservations.
•SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your credit card will be billed for any damages, missing items, long distance calls and any other unauthorized charges to the unit.
•TELEPHONE: All rentals have telephones. The number will be furnished at reservation time. Please bring your telephone credit card. If it is necessary to bill the renter for long distance calls, the renter will be charged the cost of calls plus a $25.00 service charge. All telephone numbers are registered with 911.
•ITEMS LEFT IN PROPERTY:Tara Properties will not be responsible for personal items left in rental property. A $25.00 service charge and mailing costs are required if you request Tara Properties to mail items left behind. Credit card payment is required in advance.
•PRICES: The prices set on rentals reflect many things including: location, amenities, size, number of guests as well as general condition of the resort unit and furnishings.

Just left this complex today and it was nice. This was our first time staying here. The complex was well taken care of and clean. The room was clean and very roomy, perfect for a family of 4. I do have to say the bed in the master could use an update; it was a killer on my back and I'm not a person with back trouble. Everything else was great. Pool area was good never too crowded. Would stay here again considering they change the bed. We rented a pontoon at Salty Jig in Destin and toured Crab Island and the harbour and it was AWESOME!!!! Great prices too. A.J's and The Back Porch are great places in Destin to eat. Hope to return soon!!! Thanks again.Recommended for: Families with young children.

I researched alot for a deal!!! Most condo owners want to make alot of money for their investment! J.R. wants to rent his place out for you to enjoy and for him to cover his basic expenses. The kitchen has everything you have at home right down to dish rags and washing machine soap. Go to a Publix Grocery Store (2 miles away) and you can have food for the week to cook just like at home. Forget taking your keys to the beach and losing them, punch in a code to get back into condo. SLEEPING YOU ASK? My wife and I slept just fine in king size bed. 7 year old girl and twin boys (5 years old) slept sideways on sofa pull out (they are kids and they were tired from the day). Also has love seat couch. No oceanfront view but who cares? 20 second walk to pool, 35 second walk to beach. $20 a day for 2 chairs and umbrella but you can get a discount if you pay for the week or, just buy something at grocery store to stick in the ground to cover you for the week on the beach and leave it in the closet for the next family (pay it forward). Shade is shade! J.R. was a phone call away to answer any stupid questions that I had. Thank you J.R. We had a great time!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a GREAT time thanks so much for letting us use your condo!!! And thanks for all your help with finding my brother you got right there so really thanks...The unit was more than we expected and clean as a whistle. REALLY it was spotless and smelled so fresh that makes all the difference in the world. The kids loved the back porch they stayed there and played in the sand for hours... We went to the resturant you said was so good you were right it was why you go to the beach... The door lock was great to have the code was cool we swam and didnt take a thing with us to the beach to worry about loosing that was such a good idea you had. What a great place thanks for you letting us go to your condo we had a BLAST and the whole thing went so smooth. The unit was bigger than we thought and the back patio is just awesome for the kids to play, its like have a baby sitter built in when they can play in the sand right at the back door...Really thanks so much for you professional attitude and the prompt reply to my inquiry some just dont even respond and you did within minutes of my inquiry...
