ODVR manages our property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provides us with the best quality linen and towels that are professionally sanitized and laundered for a clean fresh ocean breeze feeling. When you pick up the keys just blocks away, you will receive a welcome package that includes a discount golf/dining card, valued at $49.95, which can save you money on live theater, dining, mini- golf and much more.
There is a $100.00 processing fee charged by ODVR when you pickup the keys.

The oceanfront living room features a 50" flatcreen TV with SD port to view your vacation photos on the big screen and a DVD, sliding glass door connecting to the oceanfront balcony, a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, additional chair, large coffee table, end table, and ceiling fan.
Kitchen Amenities
The fully appointed kitchen features a 24 cubic ft side by side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, self cleaning oven with radiant cook top, built in microwave and dishwasher. There are both earthen ware and melamine dishes with silverware for 20 people, along with a complete set of pots, pans, and food preparation utensils. The kitchen also comes complete with a toaster, blender, hand mixer, coffee maker. Extras include smoothie maker, large George Foreman Grill, Pizza maker, snow cone maker, 2 crockpots with recipe book, a one cup coffe pot, and an abundance of serving and baking dishes.
Master Bedroom Suite
Enjoy the large oceanfront master bedroom complete with a king size bed and sliding glass door to the oceanfornt balcony. The master bedroom is well appointed with a full length dresser and mirror, two night stands with lamps, alarm clock, ceiling fan, 32" flatsceen TV and DVD player, and side chair. There is also a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of storage space and hangers. The master bath features dual sinks with storage below, toiletry, wall-mounted hair dryer, whirlpool tub, and large separate shower.
Additional Bedrooms
This beautiful condo has two additional bedrooms, each with 2 queen size beds. Each bedroom has a 26" flatsceen TV and DVD player, ceiling fan, a full length dresser with mirror, night stand, lamp, alarm clock, phone and a nice sized closet with hangers. Bathrooms for each bedroom have a comboination bathtub and shower and wall mouonted hair dryers.

Crescent Shores is located in the quite Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach within walking distance of the Bargain Beach Shop, the Cabana Convenience Store (mail drop), Crescent Shores is only three miles north of Restaurant Row, two miles north of Barefoot Landing, and close to many area attractions; including Dixie Stampede, Alligator Adventure, Golf Courses, and Miniature Golf Courses.
Enjoy a burger or a meal right next door on Molly Darcy's beachfront deck. Restaurants such as Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill (our favorite), Cheeseburger in Paradise, Carrabbas, and Benitos Brick Oven Pizza are minutes away. There are over 100 golf courses to choose from around the Myrtle Beach area.
After a day of sun and relaxation, you can venture out and find all that the area has to offer, something for everyone to do here! There are numerous restaurants, golf courses and shopping areas. You can shop all day at our malls and Tanger Outlets and unwind to live musical theater in the evening at the Carolina Opry, The Palace or The Alabama Theater.

Felt like home ... but oceanfront!

This year we only had five days/nights around Labor Day for our 2011 beach vacation and we were fortunate to find availability with this 13th floor condo! We unloaded our suitcases then bought and unloaded groceries, then parked the car for the entire stay! We enjoyed all the comforts of home namely a fully-stocked kitchen, comfortable outdoor seating where we enjoyed all our meals, a jacuzzi in the master bath, flat screen TVs, and reliable internet connectivity (wireless was even faster than CAT5). The access to the beach and parking was easy and convenient. Molly Darcy's, an Irish pub and restaurant, is located next door with delicious food and drink but this was the only restaurant we went to during our mini-vacation. The photos don't include a photo of a third bedroom also with two beds and an adjoining bathroom. Our retired friends spent one night there and we all enjoyed our individual privacy. To sum it up: we felt like we were home but we were ocean-front!

This is a great place to stay and make wonderful vacation memories with your family. The description the owner gives is everything and more. This unit is very spacious, clean and updated compared to others we have stayed at in the past. Great location and the owners were very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend staying here and would definitely consider staying here again!

This unit was beautiful and was enjoyed be all. All the TV's were new and the unit was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and a pleasure to work in. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked that allowed me to cook easy meals some days so we could enjoy the beach in the evenings. Everything was well maintained and I would stay here again. The kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river and also tried the parasailing that was right next to the building.

My family and I stayed here in Aug 2010. It is beautiful there, very clean and a great value. This unit was everything the owner said it was. It was the perfect home away from home. Very well equipped. Nice very for the balcony. The pool and lazy river are a lot fun. Had a pool monitor which made the pool a nicer place than some we have stayed at. The owner was very easy to work with., I wiould highly reccommend this unit to anyone.

What a classy condo! Our family loved this beautifully decorated "home away from home". It felt very comfortable right from the moment we walked in. The photographs on VRBO are a very accurate description of the decor and we totally enjoyed having an upgraded kitchen to prepare meals in during our stay. This condo is very well maintained and super clean! We absolutely loved being on the 13th floor because of our view of the beach especially on the 4th of July when we were able to watch fireworks for hours right from the balcony...front row seats! The owners of this property were very helpful in the rental process and always professional to deal with. We hope to make this a place to visit each year with our family.

My family and I stayed at this unit the first of June and it is everything you see in this ad. The unit was very clean and the owners were great at communicating with us. The price was very reasonable and we plan on going back next year and we will stay in this unit. I would recommend this unit to all ages. It is the quiet part of Myrtle Beach away from all the hussle and bussle. Enjoy our stay!!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic week at this oceanfront location. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable for the six of us with lots of room to spare. The view from the balcony was a real attraction and enjoyed night and day. The condo was nicely decorated and in great condition with many supplies available for use during our stay. The beach was conveniently close and just a short ride down the elevator. On the beach there are opportunities for para-sailing and banana boat rides right there on that stretch of the beach. Also, the Italian Ice vendors were available for a cool refreshment on those hot days. The owner suggested to try the Irish Pub next door, Molly Darcy's, for their wings and they were very tasty! The condo is a great vacation spot at Myrtle Beach and we highly recommend it for an enjoyable vacation.
