  What a blessed Thanksgiving! The weather was perfect. ( We know the owners didn't have anything to do with that.) Everything that they could control was perfect--beautiful home with large rooms, comfy beds and plenty of linens. The location is handy for on or off island dining and touring. John was very helpful and cordial. It was an easy decision to book with him and hope to return in the summer.

  Our 3 families had a wonderful time at your home. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate! John, the owner, was very helpful in all of our pre-planning questions that we had. The view and accessibility to the ocean and pool were very easy. Everyone we came into contact at the Village of Stump Sound were very friendly. The house was very well stocked and clean. We may just have to come back again in the years to come. We would highly recommend your home to others! Thanks for making our beach vacation so easy and comfortable.

  Everything about renting from these folks was wonderful. Very accurate description and photos of the house. We enjoyed very easy access to the beach, use of the pool was never too crowded, and the amenities of the home was past our expectations. The views from the deck off the living room was wonderful in the evenings. All the rooms were very large and accommodating for 4 adults and 4 children. The beach was very clean and our family enjoyed searching for sea glass and even star fish! The turtle rescue center in Topsail Beach was a bit crowded and the line started gathering around 115(it doesn't open until 2) They did open early, but be warned Thursdays seem to be VERY busy. The Missile and more Museum was very interesting and gave a lot of history about the area. Both of the locations could be viewed in a matter of a few hours. I highly recommend the location, the house and the wonderful family that offers they're house! Happy Beach Vacationing!

  This lovely clean home gave us everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! Two families stayed with much room for everyone. We would love to return! Having the linens provided was a plus! Thanks so much for sharing your beach home

  I can't say enough about this house. It was beautiful and clean. My family and I loved it! My sisters and I took turns cooking dinner (except for a few nights) and cooking breakfast. The kitchen was wonderful and well stocked. My husband and I loved the king master suite and my children and niece loved the bunk bed room! The living area was very spacious it had lots of room for everyone to gather in. I loved the close proximety to the pool, you could look of the deck to see if your family was there. Every evening an ice cream truck would come through the village, that was a big hit with my four year old son. We took many long walks on the beach and found several sharks teeth, lots of shells, and sea glass. The owners of the home were very pleasant to deal with. They were very helpful sending information on places to eat and visit. We ate at a place called Riverview Cafe, it was a great place, in Sneeds Ferry, I would definatly recommend it. Pizza City delivered right to our door and the pizza was awesome. This vacation to Topsail Island was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever been on. From now Topsail Island will be our vacation destination. I will never forget my visit to the Island and my stay at this wonderful home. I loved it! I would definately want to stay at this lovely home again, and again, and I would recommend it to friends or family!

  My sister's family dealt with the owners as they rented the property and had nothing but wonderful things to say about them and the process. The home has been clearly well-maintained. We have rented a number of times thru VRBO and never found a kitchen stocked as well as this one! Having the pool directly next door was great for us. And the beach access is right next to the pool. The views from the balconies are beautiful. This neighborhood also has a common pier where our son spent a great deal of time baiting and checking the crab pot of a friendly man who had a home by the pier. We saw beautiful birds there by the intercostal waterway. The beach here is wide with no dramatic drop off. It's fun to play in the waves and use the wake boards. We would love to return to this property and would certainly recommend it to others.

  We recently rented this beautiful home and I have to say we would never want to stay anywhere else. Our family has rented several oceanfront homes over the past 7 years and this was honestly the 1st one that was everything it claimed to be and more! It was so clean, beds were comfortable, views were amazing. The best way to describe it is, it felt like home. Have already recommended this property to my friends and family. The owners are so nice. The beach is stunning. The neighbors were all very friendly. There is a beautiful pool located steps away which is an added bonus. It was very hard to leave on our last day, but we are looking forward to returning very soon. To the owners, thank you so much for sharing your fabulous home with us.
