  The property was clean, well maintained, and close to all the attractions. Enjoyed the backyard including patio and grill. My family would definitely stay here again.

  We stayed in the house with a rather small group and enjoyed it. There is a lot of room for everyone, it is clean and nicely decorated, beds were comfortable. If you are not looking for a five star hotel, you find what you need!

  After a long drive from Iowa it was such a wonderful relief to walk into a house that was beautifully decorated and supplied with all the necessities that we needed for our weeklong vacation! It was also a relief to our children to have so much room to run around and a backyard to play in when we were not busy hiking. There are so many bedrooms, in this house, that our kids had a difficult time picking which one they wanted to sleep in for our stay! I know that when we (or anyone we know) plans a visit to the Colorado Springs area, we will definitely be making arrangements to stay in this house again! Oh, I almost forgot to mention how nice this area was! There is a pool and park close by, plus the King Soopers grocery store was FABULOUS!! This was a great trip that was made even better because of the convenience of this house.

  This property was all we needed for our vacation / family reunion in Colorado Springs. The house was clean and nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the back yard was fantastic to hang out and relax with family and friends. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The owner was also very easy to deal with and prompt with her response to our inquiries.

  The overall experience at the house was good. My group had a total of 11 guests staying at the house and it didn't feel too crowded. The kitchen worked well for the number of people we had. The grill and backyard area is nice for relaxing and the location is very close to garden of the gods. The Bad: The washer is in the downstairs bathroom and the dryer is upstairs in the garage. It is somewhat of a hassle to carry a bunch of wet clothes up the stairs and into the garage. The furniture was decent, but could have been more comfortable. The beds were good, but the futon downstairs was not great and the black leathery chair downstairs is uncomfortable. Also, there is no good place to sit >6 people because of small tables. The table in the living room area also has no light above it so if you are eating at night it is hard to see.

  Owner response: We take all reviews to heart, and have made sure there is a light beside the dining table. Although the table seats six comfortably we are quite o.k. with our guest putting the tables together to be able to sit together in larger numbers.

All cancellations subject to a $50.00 dollar fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival dates may result in forfeit of paid amounts if property cannot be rebooked. Air Force Academy Graduation cancellation received less than 9 month prior to arrival dates will result in forfeit of paid amounts if property cannot be rebooked. Strict No Smoking Policy Pet owners are required to pay a refundable deposit of $100.00 for their stay. Failure to properly clean all traces of pets stay will result in a cleaning fee being accessed. Limit of 2 animals on property. Any additional pets will require special permission from owner.

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
