We were not able to keep our reservation due to uncontrollable circumstances and Tina was very understanding and refunded our security deposit back. Maybe we will get to plan our trip again soon and stay in Tina's condo.

This was our second year at this property. This first year was great! This year was totally different. Stains on the furniture and The master bathroom light was out - I called - the owners promised to fix it and it was not fixed. Terrible beach attendant and the pool heater did not work the entire week. I emailed the owner that my deposit would be returned - never received it. I was emailed back about not receiving the deposit and I was told that the bed was damaged and would not receive my deposit. I will not ever return to vacation here again! I have stayed at better places for the same or less amount of money.

Owner response: We will be sorry to lose returning guests and were under the impression that they had a fun spring break at our vacation home. I did speak with our guests upon their arrival and indicated that everything was wonderful. They did alert us to a problem with the light in the bathroom and we called our maintenance team and were told it was fixed. Our guests did say " it's no big deal". We were not aware that the problem was not corrected until after they checked out. We found that one of our King Size beds was damaged during their stay & informed them, their security deposit would not be refunded, due to damage as outlined in their signed rental agreement. We had to replace the box springs and mattress. We had photos sent to us showing their high school children leaping on the bed as a trampoline, which most likely caused the damage. The replacement cost exceeded their security deposit. This family originally left a very positive review of their stay in our guest book located in our condo. We expect all of our guests to treat our beach home like it’s theirs with respect. We make every attempt to make our guests stay as enjoyable as possible.

Everything was good, except lights in 2nd bathroom kept blowing a circuit breaker, until the last night. We had a severe thunderstorm warning and tornado watch. A gust of wind hit the balcony and the glass top off the table hit one of the windows and shattered. My deposit was not returned because of this. The owner seemed to think it was our fault that the glass was broken. I was very disappointed to think I was having to pay for wind damage from a storm, since I am not an insurance company.

Owner response: We were extremely disappointed in our guests. Our rental agreement states if something breaks, they must notify us immediately. They did not call and notify us. When they vacated, we found broken glass all over the balcony. They did not make any effort to clean it up. We immediately called and they informed us about the storm. We called them several other times to see if we could work out a resolution only to get their VM, they never returned our calls. We are still hopeful, they will return our call and we can work out a fair resolution.

We had a “girls weekend” to celebrate a birthday. We watched dolphins playing/jumping at sunset from the balcony. A good time was had by all!! Thank you Tina!! Awesome!!!

We have stayed 2 yrs. in a row now at Tina's with our family and look forward to it each year. The Condo's location is perfect to the beach, the State Park and all the amenities Panama City Beach has to offer, we never want to leave when we are there and so look forward to our return. The view from the condo was beautiful! Tina was super easy to work with in securing the rental so that was a huge plus as well. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to PCB.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our vacation was July 30 through August 6, 2011. We loved the view. It even felt like we were on a ship. We all slept really good on our beds, and we loved all the space. The beach was really nice. When we looked out of the balcony, we could see dolphins... It is the first place at a beach I have stayed that you could enjoy the beach as much from the condo as outside of it.

We stayed at Tina's Treasure Island Condo 5/28/11 through 6/4/11. It was absolutely beautiful....the condo, the beach, the experience! The location was very convenient, the accomodations were superior, and Tina was a pleasure to work with. Your condo is indeed a treasure. It is beautifully decorated and was well supplied with everything we needed. We had the opportunity to visit the week of the Lobster Festival and enjoy many activities. The beach was clean and the sunsets were beautiful. Kay B., Baton Rouge, LA

Six ladies stayed in Tina's Condo #612 9/3-9/11/10. We had an awesome time. The condo is beautiful and works wonderful for a group of ladies or 3 couples. We had plenty of room and the balcony is soooooo nice. This condo has everything that you could possibly want for your stay at the beach. Tina and her husband were wonderful host and we cann't wait to make another trip to PC Beach and stay at Tina's Treasure! Sherry G., Opelika, AL

Me,my husband, our two daughters and our oldest daughter's boyfriend stayed in the condo from 7/31 - 8/5. We had a WONDERFUL time. We loved the condo! It is beautiful. We will definitely stay there again next year! No sign of oil. Just very HOT! The condo is decorated beautifully! We loved parking on the 6th level of the deck and walking right into our condo. This condo was awesome. We enjoyed the view form the balcony especially the sunsets. the rooms were spacious ahd decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend this condo if you are vacationing in this area. There are a number of good seafood restaurants, groceries, and souvenir stores nearby as well as parking on the same level as the condo. We will definitely be renting again real soon. My wife and 3 girls and mother-in-law stayed in your unit for 1 week. We found everything just as described and really enjoyed our summer trip. The unit was in near perfect condition and it is very well located to food and fun. We were there from June 19-26th, 2010. Everyone was concerned about the B.P. oil spill in the Gulf and the threat of oil on the beaches has been real. At this time we saw no signs of oil on the beautiful white sandy beaches, and the Gulf was so clear that you could see your toes in waste deep water. I pray that it stays this way. I stayed here during a much needed get away trip. Although the weather was not as expected during a trip to the beach, I was quite grateful that the condo was AMAZING. The condo is spacious, very luxurious, and has all the amenities, including free Wi-fi.. It is just what I was looking for in a condo rental. Once I arrived, I never got in my car the entire stay. Walking distance to several eateries including Schooner's. I am not usually one to comment or leave reviews, but this condo deserved to be rated as EXCELLENT!
